can u please be specific on ur questions? If u want to apply for bsc degree in Germany, generally it is not easy since most bachelor programs are given in German language. general advice: try ur best to finish ur bsc with high score then apply for msc starting from last semester of ur bsc.

if u r talking about DAAD, its upper third class, which means >2,5 (i guess) and 2 years job experience (any professional experience)

find someone who has related research interest with your background or research experience and write a very good email. the most important thing to demonstrate is that you know about and are interested in the research area of the group you are contacting. Read the webpage of the research group, explain why you find this research interesting, and describe what your previous work was on.

If you want to study in USA or Australia, TOEFL is a good choice. it is given in AAU , i think. you can check the detail online. In my opinion IELTS is is better if you target Europe. TOEFL is computer based entirely but IELTS is paper based and there is personal interview. you can see the detail on their website. and if you specific questions your are always welcome

It is always better to get bachelor degree with good scores. I am going to apply for a DAAD Scholarship of masters in Natural hazards in structural engineering .I noticed that the note: All certified documents have to be sent online before the deadline! because of Covid 19, therefore how to send the Application Form of Application for Research Grants and Study Scholarships in The Bauhaus-Universität Weimar application portal .i didn't get in the uploading documents sites In the Application portal information desk,I recognize the note, Please send the documents, as requested on the Document page, together with your Application Form by mail. Only uploading the documents is not sufficient. this also not possible , what shall i do now? Please, I need your advice !, Where should I send the DAAD application form in The Bauhaus-Universität Weimar application portal?
