      @AAA_AskAnAttorney 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Hi. If you want to retire in Switzerland you need to have 'special ties to the country' if you're from a third country. In addition you need to be over 55 years old. The minimum amount of money you need depends on your expenses and your age (meaning how long you're expected to live here). This really depends on the individual case (where you live, health costs etc.), but as a very general reference around 1 million is usually required.

      She only had the Turkish citizenship after her Swiss permit was revoked. Since Turkey is not in the EU, she could not go live in a European country. It always depends on a countrys immigration policy whether or not foreign residents are allowed to live there, but often the regulations are pretty strict.

    • @AAA_AskAnAttorney
      @AAA_AskAnAttorney หลายเดือนก่อน

      To be honest I'm not sure. I don't see why Switzerland would inform Japan. If your friend lives in Switzerland, the Japanese government would probably not know about the naturalization process. If she needs to go to a Swiss embassy/consulate in Japan several times, the situation would probably be different. I think the important question is more whether her Japanese citizenship would be revoked after she becomes Swiss. Based on information on the internet that has never happened before apparently.

    In the US we call them cover letters. I'm not sure how many people use them these days. A huge percentage of jobs now go through the computer application process first unless you have a personal contact. The other thing is not to play around with type fonts, bold face, italics, bullet points, etc. that make your letter "busy" looking. Lawyers are usually much better at writing than technical/engineering folks so that may not be a problem with them.

    Hello there !! I am from India and an affiliate marketer(Online Marketing) earning in USD. Its a complete remote work. Am I eligible to work remotely from Switzerland?

      Hi! Since you are Indian and therefore not a citizen of a EU/EFTA country, this is unfortunately not possible. To live in Switzerland you'd have to work here (for an employer in Switzerland or by being self-employed with something that serves the needs of the country) or study here.

    What a great way to talk about reality and facts. Something we are no longer used to hear. No country has the responsibility to offer - citizenship and the benefits attached to it - to anybody whom I call "treaty shoppers.
