Canibus lines are sooo inovative and fresh, his ideas for his punchlines are sooo original, and he is very very unique. He says thinks that is so fucking genius funny and hard that he impresses me so much. There is really no one like him. Big L had so fucking powerfull punchlines aswell, also L´s flow and the way he is able to do crazy good compound rhyming that make his shit sound fresh as fuck. However i do think that L was limited to do songs only with gangster content. But we will never really know what he might have done if he lived longer.. First album was the best in my opinion. When i was 20 years old i traveled with my friend from Denmark to NYC just to visit L´s hood. L has always been my favourite rapper. Who is best... i dont know man its to hard! Canibus did not get the chance in the game that i deserved. Its crazy to think about how prehaps the best MC ever did not really get his shot... But i wonder if he even was able to put a good album together, i mean he was not really able to put out albums that you felt like listening to from a to z, because production was not really good, and his content was to packed in a way... But as a MC and the lines i has written he will forever have done some of the best shit. I wonder if him and L ever met each other? More notes about Big L. He was a superhuman rapping, and he will just smash the mic line for line with funny and hard hitting shit, very strong flow and rhymes that are out of this world. "Big L be lighting n****s like insense/ getting men lynched/ to intense/ im killing infants for 10 cent/" cause im a street genius/ with a unique penis/ Got fly chicks/ on my dick/ who dont even speak english/ - just fucking killing it with funny and hard hitting lines bar after bar always just smashing it.... However Canibus said "Im the illest n**** alive watch me prove it/ I snatch the crown of you with your head still attached to it/ Bis is the type to fight for mics´s/ Beating n****s to death and beating dead n'****s to life/ That is just soo fucking hard... fuck man i can´t make my mind up who is best.. But maybe im leaning to Canibus a little just because of his uniqueness. L´s style was so strong, but the gangster street persona is just a little boring and limitting.

Canibus, Canibus's Punchlines make Big L's sound like Amateur punchilines for me. They just not in the same weight class shame, Bis is a beast man

I'm not taking anything away from Eminem, he's definitely talented but he also had major backing from industry insiders. Chino XL is just as nice of a lyricist as Eminem, if not better but he NEVER did get the support or the backing that Eminem got. Put Chino XL with Dr. Dre and that Jimmi Ivine money and I'm sure he'll have the same accolades as Eminem. Moral of the story is Eminem was surrounded by influential people with deep pockets and marketing to make sure he'll be a star.

It's connected to what you wanna thing measure. Big L wins at the punchline, flow, storytelling. But Canibus is way better at rhyming, wordplays, metaphors, entendres period.

Rass Kass better lyricist but Monch better rapper.

Both are the greatest in other lyrical aspects Big L - the best in punchlines and slick talk type of rhymes Canibus - best vocabuulary, wisdom, song concepts (like 100 bars, 1000 bars, Poet Laureate II)

Doom has the elite alliterations and multysillables rhymes + the dope ass flow and the messages. Bis has the delivery, the rage, the vocabulary which is absolutely wise, the wordplay and the battle skills. Imo canibus slightly wins

Canibus: Has more complex words, a harder style of spitting, lines are more straight. MF DOOM: Has a better flow, a more smooth way of rhyming, a better storytelling ability, every line tells another story. They are both great rappers, there is not point of trying to discuss which one is better. At this point it literally depends on the person listening it. Those 3 masters are just incomparable: Canibus, MF DOOM, K-rino. Their ability to rhyme is just mind blowing!

I used to really enjoy Canibus but DOOM is my fav alltime and no one is changing that soon
