    The video moves so fast and even if we pause it, you are not explaining the items enough for us to be able to set this up. The Google Cloud console looks much different now and does not get to OAuth Client ID. Can you guys please update this video and/or let us know how to set this all up?

    Changing time zone will change the time for all existing bookings, including the reminder emails. Something to keep in mind.

      In that case on the backend you will see the appointments in time zone that you set in WordPress and emplyoees can get notifications and times of the appointment in their time zone that you set in their emplyoee modal.     Thank you guys. There are a couple of things missing : 1- How do I push ALL bookings already exiting in Amelia to sync with the google Calendar I just config... 2- How does it have to be set for several employees? Each employee must have his/her own Google Calendar Sync, do I have to create different google accounts, one for each employee to sync in the Employee profile?... Thanks

    Thanks for the tutorial! Is it possible to integrate Google Calendar events into the Amelia Calendar? Currently, when an employee marks themselves as "busy" in Google Calendar, it blocks off corresponding times in the Amelia Timeslots, which is great. However, is there a way to display this visually in the Amelia Calendar, so we can see when this employee is unavailable based on their Google Calendar events?

      When an employee is unavailable those time slots will be grayed out in the calendar section and you will immediately see what times are available and what are not.

      Yes, this is how this integration works. We have remove Google busy time slots option. When you connect your employee to a calendar then all busy events that they have in their calendar won't show as available for booking in Amelia.

      Unfortunately, currently, this feature is not built-in in Amelia. At this time you can connect one Google and one Outlook calendar. It can not check shared calendars or more than one at this time there is no workaround for that I'm afraid.

      Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. When a single Google account has multiple calendars within itself, in Amelia, you will be able to choose which calendar will be synced with an employee. Please note that only one calendar can be synced with an employee.

      On the backend in Amelia, you can see all appointments for all employees but Google Calendar is used for each employee individually so that they can review their appointments in their personal calendars. Employees can only see their own appointments not from other employees.

    I have heard that the team is working on a QR-Code option for the Event booking. In the meantime, is there another way to send a confirmation code in the booking email to verify the attendee at the entrance? I have seen the "%attendee_code%" shortcode but im not sue what this code actaually does or means.

    Thanks for the tutorial however I am having some problem with the connection. The client signing up for an appointment is automatically added in Google calendar and that works fine. The problem appears the other way, I already have an appointment for example at 11am and it is still available for booking on the site, as if the plugin does not read the data from Google calendar, I changed the time zones to the same as in the video, unfortunately it did not help. I wonder if there are some other settings I have overlooked. Or does it need to do something else ?

      Please check if you have enabled option remove busy time slot, and if you have set this event in a calendar to be busy. Also, make sure that you have set in integrations section events returned to 2500.

      Yes, you should be able to achieve this if you add extras placeholder that you can find in settings-integrations-Event Title and Description-Group appointment details-configure. There you can find a placeholder for extras. Then just insert them in Event Title and Descriptio and they should appear in your calendar.

    Still have the same issues. When an employee is booked, booking details are not reflected in employee's google calendar. Followed the instructions exactly. the same. When employee blocks the time, same is reflected in Amelia calendar however when customer books time, employee calendar not updated automatically.

    What is the point of adding this feature if staff change the appointment/availability on google calendar and it does not sync with amelia? Can you add feature where staff do not have to login to any dashboard, they simply need to make changes on their google calendar and it shows up on the back end. I have scoured the internet and am yet to find a plugin that allows this very important feature

The service provider should be able to make changes which reflect on the front end for end users/ customers to see on the website itself - in other words, if the service provider decides they are fully booked for the day, the front end should remove those timings - is this a functionality that exists in Amelia?

    2-way sync is quite misleading. Our customer wants to add events to Google Calendar and display them in Amelia. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE!
    2-way means in this case simply "sync", but unfortunately only in the form that entered events in Google Calendar do not appear in Amelia (avoidance of double bookings).

      Events from Google Calendar will not be displayed in Amelia but busy events from Google Calendar will block time slots in Amelia. For that purpose, please make sure that the "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" option is enabled on the Amelia/Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar page. Also, you can increase the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" option as well.

    I'm trying to switch from Simply Schedule Appointments (SSA) WP plugin over to Amelia. However, while trying to set it up the Google calendar sync and checking for busy slots, I currently have SSA setup to check against 3 different calendars in my google account, but Amelia doesn't seem to let you choose more than one calendar at a time? How can I get it to check multiple calendars?

      I've been looking into all the settings I can find and the documentation pages, but can't find any info on this. After not being able to get Amelia to work for the client project it was purchased for - due to limitations in various feature implementations (Extras, WooCommerce) that weren't apparent until trying to actually use these features - I thought I could at least use the license for something else. So now on my own website, I've been trying to replace my expired license of Simply Schedule Appointments with this LTD version of Amelia I purchased, but it's looking like it can't do what I need there either :S
      Is the only option here for calendar integration truly only to dump everything into one single calendar? Is there any other way to get it to work with multiple calendars?

      I regret to inform you that at present, Amelia only supports the integration of a single calendar. Regrettably, there is no option to link multiple calendars simultaneously. There is a possibilty that we will work on implementing this feature in the future. However, we do not currently have an eta at this time.
      On a brighter note, we have another product called Trafft, which operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. Trafft serves the same purpose as Amelia, facilitating booking processes. What sets Trafft apart is its capability to connect employees to up to six different calendars simultaneously. Given that this is currently unavailable in Amelia, Trafft might better meet your needs.

      Hi there, firstly Apologies for the questions, but I am presently evaluating and cannot find the answers I am looking for. maybe you can help?
      are you saying that if I have multiple employees like most businesses do, you cannot set up amelia to establish syncs to multiple employee google calendars?
      Or are you saying that if you have individuals who may have existing appointments on multiple google calendars amelia can only sync with 1 calendar per employee?
      Curious, what about syncing other individual calendars into a single shared calendar and then hooking amelia to that shared calendar ?
      Also what if your employees are in different time zones that the wordpress time zone, is there a way to properly synchronize these appointments?
      If you have any time whatsoever to answer ANY of these questions I would be most grateful as I like others put huge value on actual customer feedback is.

      ​@@AidanJoyce I'm a bit slow on this one, but I have a similar use-case as joanne above, where I have a work calendar in my account, as well as some other work and personal calendars.
      There's no way I'd want to mix them all into one calendar, but for Amelia to be able to check my busy slots, it can only check against one of my calendars per account. That's really lame - I've tried quite a few other booking plugins and every one that had Google Calendar integration, could also check against multiple calendars per account - only Amelia seems to limit it to one. This has also made it useless to any site I've tried to use it on, as they've all needed to check availability on an existing schedules for myself or any of my clients.
      I'm just really disappointed with Amelia, as the feature list doesn't make this clear and you don't find this out until after you purchase it and waste a lot of time trying to work out why it's not working the way nearly every other system out there does.

      Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. Here is how it works, each employee can be connected to a separate Google Calendar (does not have to be part of the same Google account as the one the integraion was made with), but they can be connected to only one Google Calendar at a time.

      Thank you for reaching out to us.
      An issue with email notifications could be caused by several reasons:
      Your hosting provider is blocking all 3rd party settings and only allowing their SMTP (or other) settings.
      Your website has a PHP version of less than 7.
      The credentials are not correct.
      There's something else blocking the notifications from being sent.
      If you're using Gmail, please check out this article for detailed setup instructions.

    way to fast... jeez.. and on my side I got nothing in the "Redirect URI", I tried with the current url, doesnt work... I looked in the tables.. nothing.. I did a tickets month ago.. It was labeled "Resolved"... посредствен
