would you recommend k24a3 if im just trying to get 250hp? or is getting that level of power from k24 more expensive route than 2gr sine i could use the stock s54 mr2 trans with the 2gr

Youre right the stock brakes are crazy good, larger brakes just add weight for no gain. That's why I painted them with a red caliper protective coat. Will last for years.
