Really helpful video, carry on brother,
Thanks SO much for the comment mate, definitely going to keep going
.....i look after my sick daughter ... Happy New Year by the way 🥂
Happy New Year, my friend! Im looking after my sick daughter, can be used on it's own and 'I look after my sick daughter' needs another word to go with it. But I think you know this as you put the ... i.e I often look after my sick daughter or I look after my sick daughter on weekends
My results as someone in her 40s living in Australia for the past 21 years: 1. American, 2. Aussie, 3. American, 4. Aussie, 5. Wow, I can’t believe no one has ever pulled me up on my incorrect pronunciation of this word 😮, 6. Aussie, 7. More like the Aussie way, 8. Aussie, 9. Aussie, 10. Aussie and French. Bonus: Aussie
Good work :) I've noticed that because we have so much American Tv and Movie content here sometimes language learners never actually register the difference.
Appreciate the detailed breakdown! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Thanks for the engagement
Love-swing nice name .We call it Balencelle ( swing-seat ) . I prefer the Aussie word .
Ah that one I didnt know in French!! I knew the two words separately but didnt know they went together to make that word! The Aussie word gives it a romantic touch!
And please keep upload videos.
I will :) I am grateful to the people who made videos that help me so I want to pay it forward
I want to move to Australia, due to my family living there , so I want to learn English more and if you can use simple words to understand easily.
I wish you all good luck in your journey! I will keeps making videos and I hope they help!
Hi🎉 I joined to your channel 😊 Wish success 🍀🙏
Thank you so much, look forward to catching up with you in future videos!
What time of year did make this journey? What was your cruise speed? How many flying hours was it? Great Vid.
Thanks for the comment. We flew in August and cruise was 110kts. Im not sure of total flying hours but with the breaks for weather and touristy stuff it took a week
Thanks it helped me. A lot 😊
Glad it helped!
Thanks it helped me. A lot 😊
You're welcome 😊
Thanks Josh for all these tips ......it was a very inreressant " lesson" . I often watch " Current affairs " with the subtittles and yes it helps me a lot like your blog do . For me the pronunciation is the hardest thing in English . 🙂
Thanks so much for your feedback
Nice. Thank you
No problem!
I think it is confusing that the words interstate and intrastate sound similar but mean different things.
Yes, it's a small sound difference but a big meaning difference
Very nice. Good to see Toc and Eddies hangar. Enjoy the new plane! I had about 40 hours in a glider when I decided I'd buy my own. It's a great thing!
Eddie was a to bloke, thx for the comment
Please always upload, i need to improve my aussie english listening skills
Thank you for your comment, I'll keep trying to make videos
Awesome stuff! Keep it going! 🎉🎉
Thanks mate
What a concept and video! Awesome stuff 🔥🔥
"Neighbours" wasn't popular in 1981 because it did not start production until 1985.
Lol you realise he is a comedian and he will say anything true or not to get a laugh? Just like a thousand people have pointed out that Perth wasnt green paddocks at that time either :) Nice general knowledge though mate, that tidbit of info should come in handy on quiznights
@@LearnEnglishwithanAussieAccent You're the one who indicated that Neighbours was popular in 1981. You will note that Stephen Fry said, "...pre Neighbours...", when referring to 1981.
Thx, I just rewatched what I said and I reiterated "pre neighbours " which means before neighbours, and then in a bit I say " these weren't popular" referring to Aussie TV shows in general :) thx for the comments tho
I liked 🚀
I like Aussie accent , please can speed up you speaking for those at level B2
There will be some quicker but there is LOTS of normal speed English online so I definitely am catering to slower speech
@ I get it , by the way I’ll follow you videos cuz you’re amazing 🙏🏻❤️

Thank you⭐️ but i had question, i can understand almost everything you say, if i travel aus, have i problem about other people? Bcs maybe there are many rural accents in aus.
I am speaking slower than most people speak in Australia for my videos. I think there are some stronger accents but most people speak with the same accent as me, so apart from the speed, if you understand me, you should understand them :)
Love your accent and camera work, my support and respect
Thanks mate
i'm not sure to do the climbing😵💫.....anyway more new words on my notebook . Thanks !
man! I am very happy to found your channel. Thank you very much for sharing your daily life... Greetings from Brazil😊

Thank you for watching! I'm thrilled that my video is inspiring you to learn English. You've got this-keep at it!
Mr Fry ,sorry to say that but i prefer the Aussie accent ....
LOL :)
An another good video ! i write in a notebook the new words and they are a lot today .... Poor orchids lol
Thats a good idea, the notebook!
this is getting around in the algorithm...came into my feed as a recommendation. I'm a 60 yo Queenslander with a strong 'Strine' accent...I probably could do with some english lessons :) Good luck mate, hope your channel takes off. From my perspective really good. I lived in Sumatra for 5 years and the way you're talking is exactly how you have to talk for english students. liked and subbed.
Thanks mate, appreciate it. Its from videos like this that I have learned French, Spanish and now learning Hebrew, I KNOW it works :)
Very nice and fun video! I’m already fluent in English, but there’s always room to improve and I love Australian English so thank you and I hope your channel grows a lot and you’re able to keep making these videos. Despite what the other commenter said, I think this video is very useful as comprehensible input for people in lower levels and it’s useful for me too as I always want to keep improving my accent and learning new things. Maybe you could add “comprehensible input” to the title of the videos so it’s easier to find for people who are looking for that type of content and to filter out comments like that one. 😊
Thanks so much for your comment, Comprehensible Input is the linguists language for the way babies learn to speak and its the way Ive learnt languages. I want to give back to other people because without videos like these in MY target languages I would never have got there
I'm from Germany but went to a bilingual nursery home (or something like that??those memories are very vague) and for whatever reason I've always had an Australian accent 🤯
Thats crazy and cool at the same time. Odd little side note, in Aus we send our kids to Kindergarden XD
Very interesting lesson . I learned new vocabulary and in the same time discovered beautiful landscapes . Little planes like yours are perfect for the adventure . I envy you . Thanks !
Thanks for the feedback mate, when you come visit, let me know and we will go for a fly

Uh... are you talking about Perth, Australia? It was absolutely built up, no paddocks. I have no idea what you're talking about.
Thanks for that... its a humourous play on words that Stephen is using to make it sound like its a long time ago... Im well aware of what Perth was like at that era, I LIVE here. This is a BEGINNERS ENGLISH PODCAST! as the title states, its from that perspective that this is written, thanks for your input though, have a great day
talk a bit slower. He watched the telly vision. oh. You live in Perth. He said he went to Perth. Wow. He says pre-neighbours. A TV show?! No way?! Skippy was a TV show about a kangaroo? you are insightful.going now.
@paulbishop7399 I'm not sure why people are clicking on a title that CLEARLY says "Beginner English Podcast" please let me know how everything You have described doesn't belong in a beginner English Podcast? Have a great day
Saying it was "just green fields" is a common thing old people say when they are in a newly built-up area. He wasn't being literal. It's a joke English people make about the way old people speak.
Exactly, it's the same here in Australia, This is aimed at beginners so I wanted to make sure a literal picture painted the analogy
