there's something that is confusing can you please help me can I apply the expression of interest without a job offer letter? and in a scenario where im abroad (not in canada), and I got a job offer?, wont it take long time until my application is selected? I mean logically the employer obviously is not going to sit and wait more then 1 month or so....can you help me out with this question plz? in other words, the Expression Of Interest and the Job Offer Letter are applied together? if so, is there a process where ill quickly be given permission to go Canada and start work until my application is done? so the employer wont have to wait for many months? and if im lets say in Canada already as a visitor, is it possible to start work as a visitor with the job offer letter in hand and waiting for the application to be processed through the PNP website?

If the employer agrees to fill the employer form but does not give LMIA.. Then he can still fill in the employer form and will it works??

Do not fall for Canada TRAP! Its a business every f**ckng consultant is doing the same. Asking 30-40 lacs for LMIA work permit and that is not even a job, its just a payroll and after swallowing 30-40 lacs from you, they will ask you to pay taxes everymonth for your payroll. You will never be able to recover the amount you spend in Canada in today’s time. Do not fall for Canadian delusional dream. You will hardly make around 3500$ and everything will be spent on expenses, rent groceries etc: you cannot survive in Canada on only 1 job as india. Everyone in Canada does 2 jobs with just 1 day off. I am here and I know the truth. Even after you get PR, it is hard to find job. Most of the PR holders are doing uber eats and doordash

When you talk about work experience, does the job have to be of same NOC teer or same NOC code? Can a person have experience in any job in Noc Teer 2 with a different code (example worked as a software developer, now working as a Database admin)?
