I miss the early smartphone era pretty often they were fun and everyone had something that was unique and theirs. Some were terrible but others were gems in comparison and they innovation drove real excitement about the yearly upgrade. My first "smartphone" was the (bbOS) BB 9900. Now here I am in 2025 with a heavily modified and rooted pixel 9 Pro XL with a custom ROM installed.
