These are amazing cars but the one annoying thing i hate is the very loud tappy injectors especially when excelerating to around 2k sound like a machine gun but metal tapping quickly 😂

The save buttons save sat nav destinations and phone numbers. When changing down with the paddles if you hold the paddle it will change down 2 gears. I hammer mine, had it for 6 years but always have traction control on on public roads.

Welcome to the straight six club mate. Just seen this video. New to this channel. Ive got an m135i and like you even said it just keeps going and going. Heres a tip/unwritten rule; cop cars have the m140i’s/m135i’s so be weary if one is behind you for a long time.. enjoy the car mate. I smile every single day in mine🤛🏻

Had a 455bhp/634nm M140i for 4 years, upgraded brakes to M Performance, xHP3 ZF8 map, great car. Unfortunately wrote it off, which is what I think will happen to a lot of these cars 😞 I miss the B58, it's the best petrol engine BMW have ever designed. I don't miss the pogo over bumps none-damping, the snaking under acceleration, the wobbly rear end, the numb steering, and the unpredictable balance. Now rolling in an OG M2, and while it's a bit slower than my old car, everything else, and I mean EVERYTHING else, is on another level. What a car. My prediction for the M140i, is that it will go the same way as the Impreza STi did in the late 90's. They will fall in value steadily, be bought by people who won't look after them, and in 5 to 10 years due to the chav image, will be on every council estate corner, slammed with a pops & bangs map. Then in 20 years, standard, well kept examples will be worth an absolute fortune. But, there will be almost no standard ones left, like the Impreza. I'm keeping my M2 standard, it's an amazing car as it is, and will just go up in value steadily ....

I can’t wait to get the OPF taken out of mine. Had the single res and back box mod done and it’s just not enough. Sounds nice from outside of the car but when driving it you can hardly hear anything.

Do you get any warning lights or issues with sensors for removing this on an OPF car? Cheers
