Imo it's not even worth the money to take a subscription. It's a nice way to edit your digital photos into film, but i prefer to shoot real film, let it develop and scanned and be able to be part of this process. It goes both ways, in the end you're paying for the app as you pay for the rolls/develop, wether it's cheaper or not.
Shooting real film is definitely a cool experience, but for me personally it’s more about the art and not how I created it. There’s so many great tools out there, it’s a very cool time to be a photographer! Hope you have a great day!
