Pearl Jam has always sucked, and will always suck. The only thing they innovated was showing how fucking lame and boring hard rock can be. I've heard elevator music that rocks harder than Pearl Jam. Fuck that band!

My favourite April Wine is Say Hello. I loved their cover of 21st Century Schizoid Man.

I remember I ranked my top 100 bands and artists. And I love April Wine so I had them like in the top 20. And the Beatles in the top 30 and the first thing my best friend said was you rank April Wine higher than the Beatles? lol. Obviously, the Beatles were better than everybody except for maybe the Rolling Stones. But I just don’t play them as much as I play April Wine. Miles Goodwin never got the respect he deserved as a songwriter and the guitar playing on those albums is just kick ass.

The nature of the beast is my all time favorite album.

This list of albums, the top 100 greatest albums. Is by far better than the music we have today and puts Apple Music’s top 100 albums to shame. Not saying that all of those albums are not good enough, but definitely some of them shouldn’t even be on that list, And others that deserve a place. It’s very difficult to suggest that there is only 100 great albums when there are at least 300 extraordinary ones. It’s a shame that not all genres are included. That has to be changed on future lists.

I can’t wait to see this documentary in its entirety! I’m a very late bloomer - in that I only became big fan of April Wine around 2021/2022. Since then, I’ve explored much of their discography and realized how much awesome song writing and music I’ve been missing out on. I was crushed to hear about Miles passing last year, just when I was hoping to eventually see him play live. My deepest condolences to Miles’ family and friends. Miles was a greatly talented man and he will be truly missed by millions of fans. 🙏🏼

I'm looking at the TH-cam recommendations to the side of this video, and I see a clip entitled "Interview with Information Society." The vid is dated 9 years ago, and Paul, Jim and Kurt are all in the thumbnail. So it looks like Kurt let bygones be bygones and did eventually get back together again with his bandmates.

I love April Wine 🍷 and ive been following them for about 20 years. They are still a great band even after all these years.

Wow seriously great job. As opposed to trying to pull out a linear story in one sitting of a surviving bandmember. And I realize Mr. Goodwin is dead so that would’ve been impossible anyways but my point is you took the best bits and most informative bits over the last several decades and strung them together into a comprehensive and cohesive documentary focused on the songs and the music for the fans. So often a music documentary is focused on the artist and the songs that recorded almost seems secondary except for a couple of the big hits. Bottom line fantastic job that I really appreciate since April Wine has been one of my favorite bands for the last 50 years.
