Sister cities have done absolutely nothing since this organization was founded 25 years ago, each stage they change a director again and again, absolutely nothing is done, the members are deserting, due to lack of consistency and attractive and concrete missions. I was a founding member and it is a mockery to want to give another image, with demagogic speeches.

Very good presentation. I learned a lot. There's so much room for improvement on both sides of the Atlantic -- in fact everywhere in the world.
