I agree! It's been a long process but definitely worth it.
I take lemons,garlic and turmeric in my soup,Vitamin C with Rosehips, Echinacea,Zinc,and honey lemon tea.I havent been sick for the first time in 4 years...If I get sick,I lose the opportunity to perform at show events.
If you eat more protein,beef,fish,Turkey,etc and less carbohydrates you will burn calories and fat.
Kampala is more busy at night than Nairobi
Green lemons are called limes in the U.S.Limes are smaller,green and more tart than lemons.
