As the Federation defenses staring to crack and their line staring to fall with the reinforcement of the Borg. A message appears on the viewing screen of U.S.S Bozeman and it reads "Hope is near "The Doctor"". A officer called out to Admiral Cole. Scanners is detecting a ship is heading to the battle field at high speed. The Admiral replay is it one of ours? NO!! it appears to be a phone box from earth's 19 century London. Scanners also detecting one life sign. As the blue ship appears in the battlefield the Borg seems curious and puzzled of this ship. The Borg stop their assault and started to scan the little ship. Soon a message appears for the Borg. "this word is protected, you are scanning my ship and myself. Look up all the other alien race that you have assimilated, Fear me". Soon the Borg is processing this information. The cold emotionless Borg starting to crack, and some of the collective is breaking and showing emotion because of that race had heard of the legend of the blue box and its occupant called The Doctor. In someway they knew they would be saved. Some of the collective is starting to regain control of themselves and the Borg is staring to lose some control.

why in star trek do we never hear about planetary defenses for Earth. We know Mars had them so why not earth

The Breen attacked earth between these two assaults so thats three times earths been hit. Where are the defensive platforms with torpedoes and multiple star bases?

Is this a Homeworld game engine?

The Titan is awesome, but the descriptions are off. The Ragnarok is the Rebel's (Primacy's) Titan, not Loyalist. It has no energy weapons, only kinetic gauss + railgun (and missiles as optional armanment). Its function is not fleet destruction and damage absorption (That's the Enclave / Loyalist's Titan), but to 1 shot other capital ships, which it is very good at. Unrelated to the video, the voice line of the ship proudly says "It's like bringing a gun to a knife fight."

What? Starfleet keeps combat ships near Earth? That doesn't sound right. How many times has there been a threat to Earth and inexplicably, the Enterprise seems to be the only ship that's available to handle the situation? 🤔

I feel like Section 31 would commit genocide against the Borg before it got to this point.

It does seem insane that Earth not only being Starfleet HQ, having one of the largest shipyards in the Federation doesn't have formidable defenses it's not until Discovery do we see Earth properly protected

If each face of the cube has the same weapon emplacements and regenerative abilities, the cube should be rotating fresh faces to any coordinated attack. Turning a vertex at a collection would expose 3 faces worth of weapons, but we never see that.

This would be a awesome story if they did it in live action. Sort of like the Orville vs their bots. But I know it would break the history thats already been made....

Borg were desperate to assimilate humanity as they need the extra drones to fight off the Undine (Species 8472) who are hellbent in wiping the Borg out for their invasion into fluidic space.

You would think Earth with all that advanced tech would be covered with shields and have verteron arrays like they had on Mars colony in Enterprise episode Terra Prime that could insta kill any hostile ships that came in range.
