♡ what inspired my family’s move to the gambia?
- to sum it up, my parents always wanted to move to a country in africa, & after someone suggested gambia to them, they took a trip over here back in 2015 for vacation. the following year, we packed up everything we had & moved to the gambia, west africa all the way from little old clarksville, tennessee! crazy..right? 😅
♡ how old am i?
- I’m currently 23, turning 24 October 11th!

- iPhone 11 Pro Max & canon g7x mark ii
♡ what editing system do i use?
- I edit everything on my phone, using VideoLeap & sometimes Imovie!
♡ Will i ever move back to the states?
- At the moment, I don’t think so. I really love traveling & I feel there’s so much more to see & experience in this world than what is limited to us in the US.

When ever I feel anxious or down I start a hobbies: sewing, makeup, gardening, writing. Perhaps learning a language or piano try something new. This is how many people find their passion.

When you feel sad...shift your focus on all the things you are thankful. for ...list them...and repeat....you'll snap out of sadness...when you realize you are blessed and have no valid reason to be sad....your mind is in your control....don't focus on sorrow....focus on the positive things you love and enjoy...turn on some music....focus on why you are grateful...God bless you!

As you mature it’s always good to find a community church or women’s group. If you don’t have a group you can start one. You could for example start a book club or writer group. Having a community gives you focus and support being around positive people makes a big difference.
Aromatherapy is an effective treatment in medicine, and I'm here for it 🤗. I hope you feel better, I use to have (what I call...) "the blues" when I was your age. Try to hang in there; it WILL Get Better.
