My alarm is not arming up

Wow. I charge max 250$ to repair these depending on part prices it my fluctuate 50 or so dollars. Control boards are getting harder to find and they are now being scalped regularly. I keep them on hand to protect my people. Regardless this is rich people stuff. People who are so special they need to waste water (because this machine wastes gallons of it) for special ice for their selfish rich pallets in their rich people way of life. Problem is you got rich by stomping on others. Behind your "success" is a trail of broken feet and shattered careers as you selfishly gained your riches. When your appliances break you expect me to come out for 20$ and spend an hour or more fixing it... because you know, you are rich people as we are just peasants to be exploited in your eyes. Chances are the tech was right. He probably smacked you @$700 because it's a pain to work on. Not hard, but a pain. In the end, stop being cheap and replace it with new unit. It's a luxury not necessity

Also, if you are at this video and having this problem remove the screw hiding the electrical connections and spray the connector ends with WD 40 and wiggle the wires. It is probably corrosion in the contacts making the re-circulation pump not work.

What you are calling the re-circulation pump is the reservoir drain pump. The drain pump is at the bottom of the reservoir and visible and the recirculation pump is inside the reservoir and not visible

Hi, Mr. McCraine. We have a PC1555RKZ also. We live in an apartment and the thing is not connected to any system. The lights aren’t even on. However last night I got a pizza and turned around to close and lock our door. I must have accidentally hit the panel cover with a corner of the pizza box, because all of a sudden an ear splitting sound emitted from the box above the panel. It did go off after a few minutes. But now every time we open and close the door that horrible loud sound emits for about 3 minutes or so. Of course this is a Holiday weekend so the office is closed until Monday. I did leave them a voice message. But in the meantime I have been trying to figure out how to fix the problem myself, if possible. If you have any suggestions I would be most appreciative. If not that’s okay and I certainly understand. Thank you.

So my power went out and I don’t use this system so I don’t know how to work it. But every 8 seconds it’s chirping twice. Will *4 get it to shut up as well? I usually have to call the maintenance people to reset it for me, But I’d rather be able to do it myself.
