The way that I personally took Teto's overlapping at 7:44 is that the Producers noticed Teto blinking in morse code and pushed her to get her to stop, concealed by special effects and overlapped to look like it's intentional. Perhaps they already tried hypnotizing the two of them even before the music video started, but it just never worked on Teto so they resorted to just silencing her cries for help and coerced her somehow to keep her in line? (Maybe with threats to harm Miku or smth)
