Hey there. Yes i still have the car and ive put about 30k miles on it since i uploaded this. Ive had zero issues with it except for a slightly loose exhaust clamp. The price has gone up quite a bit since i bought it just FYI. Another option would be to leave the stock exhaust and get a downpipe and go stage 2 if youre looking for loud. The downpipe is much more restrictive than the exhaust.

@@EpicBr0 thank you for the reply and the updated link. Yeah, I discovered last night the price has gone up a lot. Borla costs less than AWE now by about $100. I don’t want loud, I just want my GTI to be just somewhat louder. Seems like both AWE and Borla hold up well. They sound very similar too so I think it comes down to which brand I’d rather buy from. Unfortunately I cannot find any good cheaper options out there besides these.

Please tell me the “correct way” then.

The right way to do it is taking off the bumper and taking off the third row clips under the car and the two screws next to the wheel

Your comment is old but I'll explain for the newcomers that want info. It can help with issues that the windows version of iCloud conflicts with. If you're running a VPN or a proxy, you'll be cut off from being able to pull from your iCloud drive and download your files since Apple noticed you changed IPs. The only resolution to that specific issue is to restart the iCloudDrive tray icon and iCloudDrive .exe in task manager. This way bypasses the issues and still allows you to download and upload to the drive with a VPN or proxy. Hope this helps!

The rattle isn't from the exhaust. It's from the wastegate on the turbo. And the rasp is only from my microphone. No rasp IRL.

The part that surrounds the H is part of the trunk and it would look silly if you simply removed the H and didnt replace it

I used a credit card for the back. it was relatively easy just make sure not to scratch the paint PLEASE. i barely scraped at one corner sadly and will need a dog of touch up paint. The front is HARD. no way out of it. you will need to essentially break the H in some sort of way using prying tools. it has no adhesive on the front unlike the back, but it’s clipped in wayyyy harder

superasian97 Theyre made by VLAND. Stock they come with one rear fog light and one reverse light, but you can swap a couple wires and just have two reverse lights and no fog lights

@@shadowoc91 the badges haven't changed sizes, just make sure that if you're doing it to the hatchback you get the right sizes cause I believe the coupes are different sized.

Patricia Sampier just go on eBay and search “10th gen civic black badges” and sort by price low to high. They’re all pretty much the exact same thing.

Sounds awesome, I got the badges on eBay, and I use chemical guys to wash my cars.

@@EpicBr0 Very cool, one other thing I did was put on gloss black lug nuts. Darkens the look of the wheels for 30$. Also, smoke license plate covers with black screws. Just little things that change the look.
