This channel is about a rekindled hobby from our younger days when racing Tamiya pickup trucks along the beech was what me and my wife loved to do.
Well we have now dipped are toe in the waters of the RC world again with the Heng Long Abrams M2 A2 Tank, TRX 4 defender crawlers and a mixture of budget drones Dji & MJRC. We have also now started to experiment with construction RC.
hoping to bring some scale videos of our day's out with our RC collection to the channel but we are new to the world of TH-cam so be patient with us, you will find a little bit of everything here.
If you like our channel, please consider subscribing and give us a like, we would love grow our channel.

And she’s a roller.
Thanks mate.
Awesome indeed! What a monster - you'll have to pop it on the scales when its done, it must weight "a ton"!😄 Fab!
Hi S&J, it's the truck that just keeps growing in weight. It is a beast for sure.
Looking good, still, it looks like a very complex and detailed build👍👍
Cheers John.
wow looking fantastic with the wheels on, love it 👍👍👍😎😎
@@rcplaytime it’s coming together now!
absolutely awesome machine 👌👌👍👍😀😎
Ha, yes, an understatement indeed! 😄 It really is a massive build, but glad to hear that you are enjoying it, it has to be pretty satisfying to see it coming together. 👍
perfect job champ😎👌
@@g.b-MTB-trail-jumps3062 cheers mate 👍
Awesome job Mate. She’s taking shape nicely
@@seansrcconstruction Thanks Sean, appreciate it 👍
A Monster of a build is a slight understatement, the most complex build to date, so far'👍👍
look at that, looking fantastic 👌😀😀👍👍
What is the length of the track please tell
Hi, next time I use the excavator I will measure and let you know.
The truck looks massive, can't wait to see it finished.
looking great mate...best build😎👌
Thanks g.b, its appreciated.
This just gets more and more complex!😀 Certainly not a "starter build". I wonder how long it will be before someone comes up with a method to motorise those cable drums? Amazing stuff so far - and aren't we getting "posh" with the camera now, zooming out etc😁. Very nice!
Definitely not a starter build. I don't know, but wish they would hurry up with the conversion. Yes one is getting posh😁
that winch arm is huge, looks fantastic 👌👍👍👍😃😃
It is mate, the truck is going to be a beast.
What a complex but detailed build, not for the faint of heart this one👍👍
This is the most complex build I have ever done.
perfect job champ😎👌
Thanks m8
What do Tamiya think you'r going to lift with that, a real truck!😄 That is one heavy piece of equipment. Good going so far. (I like the wider camera view by the way👍)
@@SandJ-Adventures We will find out once it’s built 🤣 it’s a heavy bit of kit for sure. Thanks for the feedback on the camera mate 👍
Nice one Mate
@@seansrcconstruction Cheers Sean
Lot of work in this build
Very nice trucks you have!!
Thank you.
I think fiddly was a bit of an understatement, more of a complex build I would say👍👍
Think its the largest to date.
brilliant work dude 👍👍 👌👌😎😎
cool mate...looking great put relaxing music💪😎
Cheers mate.

Coming along nicely
@@newtoodrones5568 it is mate👍
Defiantly not a build for the faint of heart a little more complex than other truck chassis, getting there👍👍
A Happy New year to you too! Blimey, that's complex!😱 Looking good so far. I like the new camera angle, maybe a slightly wider angle if you could? But excellent stuff. It should keep you busy until Easter!😄
Happy New Year. There is a lot to do on this one. Thanks for the feed back on the camera setup, appreciate it.
brilliant mate 👌👍 there's some fiddly little bits ,but it's looking great 👍👍😃
Thank you! Cheers!
can't believe im 5 days late watching this 😮 wow thats a serious looking gearbox 💪💪 needs to be for that awesome truck 💪💪👍👍😎😎
@@rcplaytime cheers mate👍
Great video matey, just found you and subscribed.
Did you make a video how to i stall the driver in the cab
Hi, no I haven't. It is very straight forward though, once you have the cab apart. Happy New Year.
wow nice 👍👍😃
All great stuff
True dedication again - working through the Christmas period!😄 As John Hooton says, you must be doing these in your sleep now! I'm still fascinated by the detail that Tamiya put into these. There is no clutch of course, so will it change gear on the move, or is it more like a traction engine, needing to be stopped for a gear swap? You're going to need a big space to run these trucks in.😄 Good wishes for the New Year!🥂
Thank you S&J for your kind words. There is a lot of detail in these trucks. I have never tried changing gear while moving, simply as you say you need a lot of space. I would not like to try just in case it strips a gear. So select and go would be the preferred method for myself. Good wishes for the New Year back at yeah 🥂
Another great build, mate.
You should be quite the expert by now on building gearboxes the amount you have put together, always amazes me with how complex they really are all hidden away, have you decided on the paint job as yet? 👍👍🎅🎅
Hi John, thank you for comments its most appreciated. There is a lot going in these trucks that you don't really see once there built. They paint job, The more I look at the yellow, I kind of think that's what a recovery truck colour should be, However I have fully made up my mind
Thanks for the video. I didn't know there was was an adapter for the breaker but I will definitely be looking for one now 😎👍
❤👏🏾👌🏾😎👍🏾👍🏾nice
@@boostjunkieMike Thank you and Merry Christmas 🎅

Happy Christmas Tibs.
Excellent stuff.
Coming along nicely Mate. One thing I always forget when I’m building is the gloves every time I’m like next time you’re gonna wear gloves lol
@@seansrcconstruction As you know Sean there is along way to go on this model. The ceramic grease is a pain leaves so much residue on the fingers, can’t grasp the screws 🤣
Araç yükleme rampasını nasıl yaptınız benim orjinali sürekli kopuyor
Hi The loading ramps and bracket were 3D printed. The aluminium bar was purchased of Ebay.
Yes, definitely looking more like a truck now the axles are in place.👍 As always, a meticulous build!😀
Thank you S&J
best build mate💪😁
Cheers g.b
love it 👌😎😎🎄🎅❄️
very good job dude 👌 looking awesome 👍👍🎄🎅❄️🎄🎅❄️
Cheers rc.
Making good progress now, you know you are getting there when the axels and drive shafts are being fitted👍👍
Thanks John.
