I put Apollo heated grips on mine before Indian made these. Mine is a 2017 model. Anyway, in the headlight is a spade like connector that runs to the light you can turn on by turning the key backwards. It like an emergency light in the head light. I just unplugged that and used it. Might be easier then running it to back under the tank.

Any chance you could measure diameter or circumference? The stock grips are so skinny. I know the Oxford Cruiser heated grips are much larger in diameter. A fan if thick grips. Thanks

Great video! I just bought these and am planning to install them this weekend. Question on removing the left grip, did you have to cut the old grip off or did you just twist it off and break the glue that it was attached with?
