THis Ford 620 tractor has a stuck engine. I am attempting to break it free by soaking the cylinders in WD40.
Testing the MGB compression

Testing the compression on my 1974 MGB GT. It's not good. LC specs compression should be 130psi. This one registers at 30psi. Yep, the engine is a wash.

Livermush and rice
Never seen Mack’s in my stores. I will have to look for it. I love me some liver mush/pudding with mustard and Duke’s mayo!!!
All you need is a little liver mush and egg on toasted Bread but I normally put bacon or sausage with it
I'm a Cajun from S. Louisiana and moved to NC in '87. Never heard of livermush but tried it and ate it many times. Really like the smell of it frying and the taste is something else. I really like it. Now that I have moved back to Cajun Country I Really Do Miss It. My Daughter, Husband, and their daughter from Spindale came down to visit me and brought along a lb of livermush from Shelby and Marion Both were delicious, had livermush for about a month and a half. Is there any way it can be shipped to a local butcher shop in New Iberia so that I can STILL buy some?
Please pronounce it right!
Use pb blaster or evaporust wd40 is worthless
I don't eat pork. I grew up eating this which is my favorite food. I make it myself using chicken and or beef liver. 😋 Yummy. Good no matter how it is consumed... While in Florida one time, my momma was told that when liver becomes mush they throw out away... She had asked the meat department of the had livermush.
let’s gooo s/o the shell
so no valves were sticking ? How would you soak those with wd 40?
I purchased on april 30th 2022/ jd 620 that had been sitting for 40 years inside . The auction guy said he just didn't like it & left it sit. The going rate for a locked up 620 $850. But around here in S.W. Wi. / I paid above ave. $1,100. ( no 3 point), might need 1 rear tire exhast pipe intake manifold , and battery, fluids changed, at least the sheet metals not rusty. I seen on another video , a guy made a 1 &1/4 square tube jd engine unlock tool, using those 2 flywheel inch or so holes , he cut solid tube stock and welded them to the tube & has a 4 ft breaker bar I might try that. But after 40 years it will need disassembled. People at the auction acted like I got a good deal. It's my first John Deere. I've still never "driven" a John Deere tractor. Farmall's yes Allis Chalmer's yes Oliver yes case & massey I've never drivin' a ford tractor either. But when I grew up I watched one neighbor, farm his whole farm with an 9n ford . Isn't that weird, out of the 5 or 6 neighbors that dairy farmed close by we each had different kind of tractors & no neighbor near by had the same color My dad had all Farmalls
Sorry guys, southerner here. It's gotta be neeses liver mush. And despite the spelling it's spoken the way the delivery guy said it. Not like you're saying mushy. At least not in NC
Shelby is so nasty for revering this
Good luck, your love it when finished. I have a 1985 Honda goldwing limited edition 1200cc rides like a Cadillac..
Haven't been to Shelby in ages........
The pronunciation is killing me lol.
My home town.I love fried livermush! Eat mostly for breakfast with grape jelly.
Someone needs to smack this guy for calling it liver moosh
Mack's is really good but I like Hunters a little better
Good in my Macaroni & cheese and with some Cayenne on the side fresh out the garden for supper, good stuff.
LOL Yankees...........
Why is the packing lady touching it with bare hands? :'( Gloves are required at SC restaurants or the health inspector will take points away...
It's ground up pig snout, spleen and liver (at least) and you're worried about someone touching it lol
my opinion, wd40 is just a type kerosene or etc. with special perfume in it!
I found diesel fuel with a little automatic transmission fluid works good for me and much cheaper. I put it in a plastic sprayer that's got wd40 printed on it. That's my wd40!!!
livermush and liver pudding are two very different things... and that scrapple crap ain't even in the same category...srsly.
Honestly I can't tell the difference, and then sometimes I can depending on the brand name. But it fucking delicous. What is the difference between much and pudding?
Mush is made with corn meal. Pudding with rice. Liver pudding usually cooks to a runny consistency, requiring a spoon...Mush can be fried crisp, much like sausage.
Except for neese's...Both mush & pudding hold together if it's neese's.
hhmmm That's interesting, sometimes I can get the pudding a little crispy, but that did made me pounder on why some brands of liver pudding didn't fry up crispy like livermush. Either way, they both taste amazing and it helps me build up my poor iron. I can't seem to absorbe it quite well and dixie my dog tends to love this shit that when my foodstamps comes in, me and her will go grab pack and make some breakfast with it. Might try a sandwhich idea I saw in the comment section.
I live In that little town
what an irritating host
who disliked this?
Fry it with eggs, cheese, and make a sandwich with 2 pieces of toast and mayo. Never tried grape jelly before. My Dad makes a concoction he calls "livermush goolosh" that's basically livermush with ketchup, mayo, mustard, and peanut butter all mixed together and served in a sandwich. I was never brave enough to try that, either. Lol
Was he pregnant?!?!?! Sounds really gross. I wish I wouldn't have even read that.
a124791 Lol
Yha it was sound good until you said peanut butter. Now I'm just getting the goosebumps.
Food might be good ,but everything is like mush even your utility bill is like mush where they throw in some ridiculous charges like "STORMWATER" and "RESIDENTIAL RENEWABLE ENERGY " with no explanation .Just ripping off consumers.
MyAmature wtf. Your brain is mush.
Are they still open?
Love seeing macks trucks rolling through lawndale when I was home.
Yessir. Lawndale was my first home and I grew up in cherryville
You mean Chair-a-vul?
Justin Grigg hey man I used to drive a truck for Elmore's feed
Not "moosh" you goof, "mush." Like "crush."
LOL FUCKING Yankees
And I love how the guy from Mack's makes this clown look like an idiot.
Livermoooosh? WTH, TOA needs to send somebody that knows how to at least pronounce it. Maybe he had too much kaburnit sa-vig-nun.
+andanicechianti Bless his heart.
Yesterday a friend brought me up one pack. Will have it for Breakfast tomorrow. Can't wait.
I love livermush. I live in Michigan now but was born in Belmont, NC. Mom lives in Shelby. Every time I come down I take back 10-15 pounds. Some friends here like it as much as me. I love it cold on mayo and bread. Fried. Over grits and eggs. And yes sometimes with a small amount of grape jelly Wish I could get it here. Got my livermush tee shirt a few years back in Shelby. Love macks the Best.
It may look stupid, but it gets the job done.
That isn't a Northern thing either, here in Pennsylvania we say mush like hush too!
hearing him pronounce mush like moosh just makes me CRINGE!!! proud to be from NC!!
he also pronounces Appalachian "app-a-lay-shun" rather than the correct "app-a-lat-chan".
I know, this guy literally wants to make me wanna beat him with ruler.
Hello me from 8 years ago.... You can get livermush at Midnight Dinner downtown/Southend in Charlotte
I moved to Shelby in 1983 from the Caribbean (but from a midwestern yankee family). Talk about major culture shock. Ive finally learned to like BBQ (another Shelby claim to fame), but still can't do livermush. Dont think its Kosher...lol. Well I guess BBQ isnt either, but oh well...I love it now.
haha he finally says it correctly at the end.
It's not Muuush. It's Mush.
I got mushed by the Shelby Cafe!
I used to live in Shelby NC for 10 years
Exhaust collector anybody? :D
Loved it when I was a kid growing up in the Carolinas. Miss it living in California. Have to make my own. Moosh, mush, liver pudding, livermush is good stuff.
@paguy611 No, different seasonings plus scrapple doesn't necessarily have liver.
@paguy611 it is similar, but has a deeper flavor then scrapple. I grew up in Maryland and we had both in store coolers
@Mr8studnu2 Don't care about cycles myself, we were selling this for someone
