@@GAMEONz2 thanks very much. There are really good console players but the keyboard and mouse is very good for this game. Makes a lot of tricks way easier, especially the quick switches and ballista boosts. Im sure if i remember right there was a guy on TH-cam called smvr and he had some really good doom videos using a controller

Originally I expected the mancubus to be rubbish because of his massive hit box but once I got the bunny hop timing and speed boost down he ended up being one of my favourites. No one knows what to do about a charging manc haha. Thanks again for your comment

@@xicy6486 haha, I know the feeling. That's how I started out too. I was new to pc when I picked up doom for the first time and still had to look at the keyboard to find a lot of the buttons. 1000 hours later though and I was flying. Just takes time

@@JoeBraveheart thanks, I have a feeling I have seen this video a year or 2 ago lol Unfortunately, I wasn't able to find anything I don't know 🥺 I have a hard time especially dealing with cringe demons who triple down on hiding and completely refusing to fight as soon as I kill their teammate, and I feel sad bcoz I keep losing to players who look like they are very very bad

In regard to battlemode I'm not sure, around the time I put this video up I was struggling to find matches, about half an hour wait just to get dodged coz they didn't want to lose the streak they were on. I know the community is still active on discords for private matches but for public I don't know

I did jump over to halo to work up to onyx in ranked which I got and gave like 3 really old videos I could upload but then they added aim assist to mouse and keyboard and it was messing me up in other games so I stopped playing and didn't feel I should upload a game I wasn't going to play anymore so I ended up with pubg and that's taken ages to learn but I have my journey all videod so I think I might do something with that. It's a very different kind of game though so not sure how people would enjoy that

I would but I haven't been on controller now for years. SMVR is really good with the controller gameplay, you should check out his channel. I'm good on pc now and know the game well but I'd make the controller look like a nightmare I think haha, would take me a tone of practice with it but you are right, controller players can be really good. I've seen it

Yeah I just cant get games anymore where I live, then because of the streak system I just get dodged after an hours wait sometimes too. Its been a long while since I was on last due to the player count myself. I expect after a new doom announcement it'll pick up again maybe

I know how you feel but no, the pro demon players wreck me all the time. To do well with the demons against a good slayer though you do need to have a partner with comms, good timings, understanding and plays worked out in advance really. I think my personal hardest pairing is a pain, dread combo. Pain pressures with shield then escapes and the dread berserk comes in but I've had hard times against even rev, manc aswell and the marauder can be a complete melt machine in the right hands but I'm not as good with him myself
