Hello and welcome to my channel! Today I will be making a dip that would be perfect for game day or any day! Instead of the Reuben Dip, I am making the Rachel Dip! This dip has all the flavors of a wonderful deli Rachel Sandwich, which is the sister of the Reuben sandwich. So there are bold flavors of swiss cheese, sauerkraut and homemade fresh turkey breast all throughout this baked dip. So if you love a good Reuben, you'll love this Rachel dip! INGREDIENTS FOR RACHEL DIP:
8 oz block of Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 cup Sauerkraut, Drained
1/4 cup Thousand Island Salad Dressing
1/4 cup Sour Cream
1-2 cups Turkey Breast, Chopped
1 cup and a little more for topping of Swiss Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:
Mix all the ingredients into a greased baking dish and bake at 400F degrees for 15-20 minutes or till cheese is bubbly. Serve with rye chips or fresh veggies. ENJOY!
