Laurent Delaunay and Tom Harrow discuss the evolution of our Hospices de Nuits-Saint-Georges 2022 barrels. Our wines - the Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru 'les Vignerondes' cuvée Bernard Delesclache - are maturing nicely. We decided together that the wines should be racked off into a one year old barrel for a final 4-5 months maturation before bottling, labeling and delivery in Autumn 2024.
