Born and raise in Chicago and for the last couple years it has been terrible we get 6 to 7 months of cold snow and rain very windy to months of summer which will be July August maybe September and cold all over again I am . Summer person winter is very depressing

Your intake lifters are tapping hard, you can even here them get louder when you step to the fuse box side of engine bay....check it out and NO 4.2l do not sound like that, make sure you use 5W/30 weight oil...
Dude my 2015 facelift has this problem too. Having to replace the wiring harness myself as I ain’t paying hundreds for the dealer to do it.

My lights ( '10 CC)work fine, but my trunk wont open by the handle, and it wont latch, it even pops open by itself!!!

How many wires are broken make sure check all your connections and keep me posted. I will be gladly to help you out.
@@CubanLink-vf5gh There were two broken wires which I fixed but the camera didn't turn on and one of the reversing lights
You should be three or four wires that are broken especially where the trunk bracket is double check
did you check every wire one by one cause that’s what I did and make sure it doesn’t have any kinks especially around the trunk arm

Where's the HOW TO INSTALL ?
The only hard part was running the rear camera to the back of the cab. Everything else was just plug and play.

I have a 2009 Volkswagen Jetta SE 2.5 I had a wiring harness issue in the rear to my lights reverse lights totally out calls me nearly $400 for wiring harness absolutely ridiculous
Find the broken wire and use butt connectors if it’s wrapped up in Tessa tape cut it down the middle and look for the wire and reconnect

2018 Passat everything works but can't get the latch to activate.. I had to dig some but this bend is the same in the harness. It was a pain for me to get in the trunk and to open up the wraps to see.. but there it was.! One broken wire... You can tell where the bend is the worst. just have someone open and close the trunk a little while our in there and watch and see where it moves the most. I think VW uses wire from China and the insulation gets brittle in the winter and it splits. Then this break in the outer coating.. creates the weak point for the copper wire to bend....and from there just simple repeated use breaks the copper as well.
Just keep pulling everything out and covert it to electric. That 2.7L is the worst engine Chrysler made.
