Yesterday was an awesome day. I got to witness something I've never seen before - How the babies actually come out of the case. It was just crazy to see them wiggle out of that little hole like a worm. I found these two cases while trimming an oak tree in the back yard. Its amazing how small they are - less than a half an inch in normal standing position. Something you don't see in this video is the six daddy long leg spiders waiting for a snack. Apparently, they saw the first few hatchings before I did. Don't worry, I carefully moved every single one to a much safer location.
