Thankfully I was enrolled in a Lutheran preschool where I learned about Jesus and His love for me otherwise I may have been rather lost for I don’t know how long. Last night, my mind wouldn't shut down so I could fall asleep. All I could think about was how a pastor would answer this question: Is there a difference between a person who believes Jesus can do miracles and a person who has faith that Jesus can do miracles? What do you think Pastor Cary?

So I had some questions in this segment of reading: - Genesis 16:11-12 - so ishmael is thought to be the ancestor of mohommad. These verses note he is to live in hostility against relatives (Isaac and decendants are relatives, albeit more distant as generations go by)...so thinking many generations later and all the terrorism and Oct 7th...why did God allow for hagar to get pregnant and provide for them once sent away knowing the descendants of ishmaels would do this to his people?

Need prayers for my daughter who is not married but living with her fiancee for four years and is having her second child with him yet they won't get married. Pray that they realize that they need to get married and not live in sin anymore. She is making excuses for not getting married like it's just a piece of paper etc.. Sad, it's setting a bad example for the other five children in the house. 😢

So happy God has redeemed us through his Son! Amen! Blessed be the name of the Lord forever!!

The best thing about Bible study is that this equip all of us to avoid legalistic and mystical practices and that we’re able to identify and distinguish between false doctrine and truth. I have encouraged so many people to first dedicate their full time to taking Bible study that will benefit many people from falling prey to these performance based ideologies. Bible study is a lifesaver for me. I’m so thankful 😊

I needed this. I am 76. I belong to an online Bible study group which I love. I have always lived doing Bible study. But for the last couple of weeks, I have not wanted to do my Bible study. To be honest. I didn't really enjoy Christmas this year, except for the zoom time I spent with my oldest daughter. I guess this will pass..God bless from West Texas

Thank you Pastor for helping us better understand the Bible. I'm re-reading the gospels right to try to better understand them. I became a born again Christian in spring of 2022 but I've had so much trouble actually understanding the Bible especially without a church or a community to gather and learn together with. Your videos help me a lot now that I've finally made up my mind to put more effort into learning and reading the whole Bible. I'm glad I found you through our brother Tom.
