We were booked on this cruise too and were so disappointed when we got the cancellation email. It is such a shame as we specifically booked this cruise to sail on Brilliance of the Seas and it won’t be back again next year.

Oh wow ! We are going on this ship from Honolulu , Hawaii back to Sydney , Australia later this year. We will definitely book this Wonderland Restaurant, that foodie experience looked so good ! There is two (2) iFly packages. The paid one which you can book in advance. the FREE one which is available when you are docked in a port. For the FREE iFLy, you need to book fast as they open 8PM the evening before the ship docks to port. A special day is the departure day (Day 1). As soon as you board the ship, update your RCL app and look for free bookings in the RCL and book it. Please subscribe to my channel and share the channel with your friends and also invite them to subscribe to my channel to get more tips for cruising.

Thank you so much for doing this Video. It was so helpful. This was the best Video for Deck 7 as I could not find any on here. So thank you so much. I just booked my Room on deck 7 and I am in room 7700 and Choose an obstructed view balcony. I have never booked a balcony before so this is my 1st time and I am supper excited as I will be with my husband and kids. They said it will be 50% obstructed view so I hope it will look like this. For me I just wanted air coming in the room and being able to see the sun come up and feel like I know what day it is as I will be out on sea for 12 days. Thank you so much.

Like your video because it is so different from others. Instead of mainly showing the cabin lay out that can find this information easily, you focus on the obstructed views how it impacts during cruise in different times and different angles. This is a very useful information to me when making a choice in booking. You are so lucky because those obstruct cabins on 6th floor really block by the whole life vessel! I have booked the 9th floor, so should be fine for the views when sitting down or views from the room, but still can see those life vessels if I lean on my balcony to look down to the sea which can be acceptable.

We are planning to do this cruise next year 2024. Looks like you had plenty of fun ! My burning questions $ *Im guessing everything is in USD currency on board ? *Did you buy the Drink Package ? Was it worth it ? or Is there an option on board the ship to buy a $100 card to purchase drinks when needed ? *What was your total cost of this holiday, including everything ? So I can get my budget ready $! *Would recommend booking the cruise direct with RCCL or book through a Travel Agent ? *Any tips that you can share about this cruise will be much appreciated. Hi Rod. I hope this finds you well. One is correct that RCL bills guest in USD. Note there is also the added gratuity on top of the price. I did purchase a beverage package and did not regret the extra cost. You must purchase it as soon as you book and “daily” monitor the price. The price could drop and you can cancel the more expensive beverage package and re-purchase the cheaper offer for “that day”. When I did my cruise, I went directly to RCL as I do not need to book extra transfers, land and hotel packages. For other tips, please keep track of my updates as I am crafting the videos to help other people prepare and make the most of their cruise.
