I love using oat BRAN for savory mixes. The texture reminds me of grits or polenta. Plus it has a bit more fiber and protien than oat meal. Inositol has made a huge difference for my PCOS.

I tried to look it up on their website but it appears to be glitched out so I can't click any of the links and google is no help lol.
