Please think carefully before speaking up in the workplace, as it can come with risks. My goal for this video is to raise awareness and hopefully open meaningful discussions of how employers should not treat employees. We are all human and everyone deserves respect. The company you work for does not own you and if you feel uncomfortable, it should be ok to speak up without fear of retaliation. I was deeply disturbed with how Cervélo treated me during my time there and I encourage an open and honest conversation with them if they wish to comment. I will pin their comment to the top so there is 100% transparency. I know I am not alone with my story as I have heard similar experiences from others. If nobody stands up, nothing will change.
