The D9 does definitely does feel really good off the clubface, really soft.

Dynapower Forged is really good I agree, but a slightly different player profile to these. Next to no offset and not quite as forgiving either as these two. I still think the soft feel is worth it on the Callaway.

I'm afraid in a cruel twist of fate, I've actually sold the DLX I had in stock and have not re-ordered one yet, so I can't actually check about the card pocket. I've re-watched a couple of the videos I made on it and I don't mention that feature both times, so I'm leaning towards the answer being , no it doesn't. I will check if I see another one and reply again if it turns out there is. Sorry I can't be more definite.

Interesting you found the Ping a bit better, did seem fractionally better inside to me but as I said it was so close I kind of just dismissed it as not significant enough.

If only, I've taken all the bags off it, the only things I sell on the website are East Links souvenirs, you're not strictly allowed to sell certain brands online unless you're committing to hundreds of thousands of pounds of stock up front. I'm a long way from that I'm afraid, maybe one day!

They do make a bit of a noise, I would never describe them as whisper quiet. If its working okay I would think its most likely fine. Had someone else say this once and it was fine after being checked.

Yeah, the shareholders demand that these companies keep getting bigger and better and more profitable but also, the consumer actually demands that there is regular new product, in a desperate bid to cure their ills! I do think consumers, generally are getting wiser to the brands though. I like new stuff even if it isn't any better!

@@golffm6924 heck, I like old clubs that are forged. They changed the lofts to reduce the amount of clubs. Remember 2-Sand Wedge? Now it 4-P, or 5-P because people have gone to hybrids. Even instructors don’t like long irons. A 7I standard loft was 36°, always. Now it can go from 34° to 28°. Just silly. I do like the P770 design. I was fitted for them. Didn’t buy them. I purchased Takomo 101T irons. Love them. I also have several older forged sets I play with.

I asked the demo rep and he said that it didn't matter what they picked as the stock shaft, it is never for a specific technical reason. Often it can be a commercial arrangement as much as anything. He said that you need to get the shaft that suits you in the head that suits you and that's the end of it!

I might now start watching The Boys. The wood divider sections are fully individually enclosed but the other slots are only divided from each other, so whatever clubs are in them are unfortunately touching each other, which may be wholly unacceptable to some people.

Have to say haven't noticed that, will have to check other models to see how they're constructed. It is crucial you get the right size, as slightly too big will wear out virtually any heel liner. I did it on original Footjoy Classics which were chiselled from granite.

I thought this would be an impossible question to answer but I think this is actually a reasonable answer: If you played every day for two years, (£170 divided by 730 rounds) which I think they would take, they would be costing you approximately 23 pence or 27 cents per round if they cost $200.

My Ecco H4 lasted 18 months sole split and upper came away from sole

Same exact thing I’m dealing with. Same time frame same shoe same defect. I have a 250 voucher for Ecco, but would much rather adidas. Ecco looked worn and tired with finish coming off toes only after a few rounds. Additionally, for a shoe of this price to not even last two seasons is inexcusable. Ecco customer service sucks. This replacement pair of LT1, c4 or classic hybrid will indeed be my last Ecco shoe. Adidas next time 100%.

Yes, Im not sure if they can actually do it because the base needs to flex a bit. It might be possible and I would love them to bring it out but I'm not sure how easy it would be to build.
