Use platform pedals rather than cleats when on rollers for emergency dismount if needed.

when i first used rollers i had to spend quite a bit of time to get used to holding the balance on them, because its way harder on rollers. Then when i learned it there would still be some small disasters here and there, so what i did was i sold the rollers and bought one that holds the backtire on the rearaxle and it worked way better, and i could concentrate alot more on my warmup session than on my balance!

Doorway, countertop, medium gear, think smooth even spin, look at something directly in line with wheels. Hands close to handlebar stem. Work on your spin, don't give up

the first time i had one. it tooke me a few minutes to figur it ut. what i did was go to a harde gear and prop your self to pedal one side and then dont forget to press tge brakes!! then alakazam your on it

The real fail is being so indoctrinated that you feeling need to put on a bike helmet indoors on the roller.

Roller tip: don't look down look ahead and pick a gear that will move your wheel with more effort.
