A Break From The Cold 🌞
This week I traveled to Florida and it was a much needed break from the cold weather. Following this trip, I then needed a break from filming/editing. This time of year can be so draining. But I’m back & ready to provide content for my indoor track season 🫶🏼
Enjoy!
Enjoy!

This week of training was pretty successful! I feel even closer to my pre marathon baseline. Sunday was such a fun day! My friends and I are elite spectators and got to see our friend at 4 spots along the course. Feeling inspired to smash some of my winter goals

I would be lying if I didn’t say it has been an experience coming back from the Chicago Marathon. It’s been 5 weeks and I still don’t feel like 100% back to my “normal” Grateful for my body & all that it lets me do.

Love the prehab exercises 👌🏻 what is that tool called that you’re using in the sauna?
It’s a stainless steel scraper, they sell various types on Amazon for a good price
Thank you! It looks like something I need! Enjoying your videos from the UK ❤️
New subs from 🇹🇼
new gloves slay hard
They are life saving with my numb fingers 🥶
Great video! I enjoy watching videos like this and learning from other creators. Loved the idea of filming everyday a bit and adding the dates super fast to the video at 00:45. Amazing. PS.: I loved the running belt from the goodie bag as well 😂👍
@@ViniSalvi thank you! Glad you enjoyed
I thought weekly dump meant something completely different.
Just another phrase for weekly update!
SO FUN ❤
My bad, you have a Coros. I thought it was the forerunner 😮
Coros pace 3! I used to have a Forerunner back in the day
The new forerunner should be coming out in the spring, i might get it. I have the fenix 7x pro right now.
Just finished your Chicago series and way to go!!! I'm a beginner runner training for my first half next year. Going to use a lot of your tips and tricks and maybe shoot my own TH-cam video. Subbed and excited to follow along in your future running career!
Thanks for watching! Good luck with your training
Thanks for uploading this video, I came over from the UK to support my nephew who was also in group B. Congratulations and well done on your great achievement. It was a fantastic day😊
@@helenmarie99 thank you! I hope you had a great day cheering & supporting
Wow! You did great! Great tips and tools! Thanks!
@@CoolInOlympia thanks for watching!
What brand are your black arm sleeves?! I've been trying to find ones that'll stay up and fit!
@@meganchabot they are lululemon but from a few years ago. They haven’t sold them since unfortunately
Really enjoyed your recap, congrats on the awesome time and new PR. I also had a wonderful Chicago 2024 with a new PR, it was a near perfect race for me. I love Chicago!!!

Great running, I have 3 half’s booked but no immediate plans of Marathons they look evil haha I’ve only been running serious for 4-6 months so trying to set some goals and aims and enjoy! Love my running now ❤ great vid
@@PeakPerformanceReviews good luck with those races! Definitely run the race distance that is enjoyable for you. Keeping enjoyment at the center of running will ensure your longevity in the sport. Thanks for following along!
Great recap. Amazing race. Congratulations.
@@eric-running-to-chamonix thank so much!
Have a great race!
So excited for you!! Hay is in the barn, you’re ready to crush ❤❤
so motivating!!! And relatable - some runs just don’t feel right and that’s ok
New subscriber!😊 I’ve been a loyal Garmin user, my question is whether you think whoop is worth having as a 2nd watch? I’m curious myself cause I kinda wanna try it! Love the content, keep it up and can’t wait to see more!
@@adrunner9thanks for following along! I love the Whoop! It’s very different from a watch as it doesn’t have a face/screen. I find it’s really helpful and gives me a lot more data than my Apple Watch/Coros. If you are looking to fine tune your recovery and just learn more about how your habits affect your running, I highly recommend. I think they do have a trial period, so it’s worth it to see if you would benefit
such an impressive week!
Great video! The Chicago Marathon is an amazing race! 💪
This is awesome!! You are crushing it - I need to try the Michigan it sounds so tough🤯
@@catherinetreseler9450 please try it!! You’ll crush it
thanks for sharing your journey that week :)
I really enjoy the detailed explanations of your runs/miles/workouts
Thank you for watching!
I have a race the day before yours, and it’s starting to feel pretty close. It’s that tricky time when training is peaking but you don’t want to pick up an injury. BTW, your videos are relaxing 👍🏻
@@eric-running-to-chamonix Yes, have to stay on top of recovery! Thanks for watching and good luck at your race
