Hello John and April, can you reach out to Dr. Q and ask him how to cancel the auto ship of the Natural man. I responded to the email on the receipt it is a dead link and I message him on TH-cam however I have not gotten a response and and I cannot message him unless I follow him and he follows me. I received another shipment today and I would like to cancel ASAP and stop being charged. Sorry to bother you but I hate auto ship ( the option not to was not present when I initially purchased) and definitely hate when it takes me forever to cancel. Our stress glands (adrenals) rest and recharge the most between 11pm and 1am and melatonin production is highest 10pm to 2am. Regulate your circadian rhythms by going to bed at the same time each night.

What happened to “brown-skinned”?? That is the multi-shaded category many of us are in (including April, Claudia and John) Also, unless you can pass as completely white, we don’t have “privilege” based on our complexions, we are most often used and at best tolerated. 😂 Oh men pretend that they don't understand the tone argument but only when it relates to dealing with the woman in their lives. But have the 'My N- word' conversation and suddenly they understand the difference in tone. Additionally, it applies in corporate settings all the time and men have no problem understanding it in that context.
