Coach, slice some cucumbers and pour that extra virgin olive oil on them along with some balsamic vinegar.
I don’t want no easy way to do it. I like punishing myself. It’s like a reprimand for something I’ve done in the past that I might have gotten away with. LOL

Every morning, I take a mixture of apple cider vinegar with Mother, lemon juice, and water and drink that down. It is nasty, but I will tell you it is cured a lot of my problems.

It's as simple as that 😂. People think there's some secret formula to getting a good jab. My left arm is noticeably bigger than my right because I always threw the majority of my punches with my left. I had to throw thousands of jabs when I was younger.

Great advice! Was a gym rat and started training and learning dipped my toes and decided MMA wasn't for me. What I inadvertently learned was that choosing the right sparring partners is REALLY important. Had a dude keep leg kicking me a week before my first match. Barely won.
Unfortunately that happens. Sorry that was your first experience. That’s why I do this channel to get u to share things like this to hopefully prevent others from having similar experiences

Brother what do you do to build that physique how should I train to build that type of physique?
I train 7 days a week. A little every day. Full body training. Push-ups, crunches, squats, pull-ups, dips and a few weights. I walk or run every day. Started at 1 mile now I do 5 miles a day. I eat 1400-1800 calories every day. I take in 140 protein every day. And I drink 1 gallon of water per day. Was hard starting but you will adapt now it’s life. Can’t stop

So proud of you sir! 1. It’s tough to be plant based due to me having G6PD deficiency- I can’t have soy, peas, lentils, tofu … all with are a healthy staple of protein products to include most plant based proteins. Any recommendations? 2. I say all that to say this, how much protein do we really need cause I can make certain meals, but the protein content would be seriously low in my plant based meals. I can have quinoa, nutritional yeast, chia seeds , almond protein, nuts, and vital wheat gluten as protein though.
My research says: For someone with G6PD deficiency, the safest plant-based protein sources are tofu, tempeh, edamame, lentils, most types of beans (excluding fava beans), and brown rice as they are generally considered low in the compounds that can trigger hemolytic reactions associated with the condition; always consult a healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes.
