很喜欢,马上动手做,不过想请问一下,需要搅拌多长时间,还有搅拌速度,面团才能得到这样的效果?谢谢!
我家的攬拌機是開到3,5分鐘左右。還有每個牌子的麵粉吸水量會不同,當麵粉太濕時可以加點粉,太干就加水,自己調整。但一定要少量加☺️
