Si todo va bien intentare ya el mes que viene comprar el pixhawk 2.4.8 lo mas dificil sera ver como me aclaro para conectar todo y desde el Pc con el mision planer ver como debo configurar las cosas ya que soy tan novato que esro salir del apuro y lograr hacer mi robot autonomo a ver si tu te animas y nos enseñas a tus alumnos aqui como hacer esto !.

In one of your schematics you show a 24 volt wire powering a starter solenoid or relay and starter. Is this a 12 or 24 volt starter. I'm trying to figure out how to power a small 12 volt starter with the 2 batteries wired in series?
Hi! if you have 12V starter you could power it from middle terminal of 2 batteries connected in series. That way you will get 12V. Just connect it through high current relay. Since this relay is switched off most of the time, it should not affect the battery charge balance. Anyway if you afraid that one battery will not be fully charged you can buy battery balancer. I havent hooked to computer to check or program anything but for some reason im thinking about it. Everything works fine but just wanting to experiment.
I suggest you play with ramping a little bit. It smooth the motor mowement. Recommend!
@gregorkobetic do you use the P1 and P2 for anything? I did check voltage and it's 3.3 - 3.5v using a 12v power source. Now I know I can dump the 9v plug in to arduino and run from one of those. I'm not fam8liar with ramping but I'll check in to it more

Hi friend, why you need an extra alternator if the mower motor comes with one?
Some gasoline engines have generator for charging batteries for electric starter and to power lights, etc... however this power is in range of about 100W. My motors together need about 700W
@@gregorkobetic Thank you! Has the alternator some rpm works limit? I mean, my alternator has a 2.3in pulley while the gasoline engine crankshaft has a 6.3in pulley, witch means that, when the gasoline engine be working on 3000 rpm, the alternator will on 8700 rpm
@@diegoContodo my alternator can go over 10000, I can remember exact number. I think you are in safe range. But anyway check datasheet of your alternator 😉

@@obuchalki yes, from zero. The one that you see in short video is universal electronic for rc lawn mowers. It have 10 relays for switching different devices like lights, motor engine starter, mowing hight, safety, etc and to drive main dc motors.

Živjo, v sloveniji se ga ne da kupit, običajno se dobi na amazonu, ebayu ali robotshop.com. Fajn je, da ga vzameš znotraj EU, drugače sledi navrh še ddv in nad 150€ še carina. Doma imam en kontroler za 2 dc motorja skupaj z 10 releji, ki se krmili preko rc receiverja prav za kosilnice. Če te zanima, mi piši na mail.

Hi, 24V 55A alternator are available for good price. You have to dimension alternator with extra power, becouse motors take more current then declared if they stall. If you can get 12v motors you can get 12v alternator for lower price. But remember less voltage take more current for the same amount of power.

Hi Dragan, thanks for the nice comment. I don't think this camera have brand name. It is 24MP camera with 130x optical zoom from china. I'm happy with it. Little help. I have 4 motors with this specs: Supply voltage: 24V Rated current 1.4A Rotational speed: 1260 rpm Gear: 145 Would all four be enough to start and have enough power to wriggle through the grass?
Hi, sorry I am not shure if I understand this right. Your rpm is 1260/145=8.7? For 25cm wheel you need 75rpm to go 3km/h. Your robot will be too slow. What are you trying to build?

i was using a micro esc found on a micro servo and off the market micro esc to control the bts 7960 instead of a relay. it did run sometimes and sometimes it doesn't.🥲

4:46 je to tomo vinkovič srk 70 kosilnica ? trenutno tudi jaz predelujemo to kosilnico na električni pogon z dvemi 250 w motorji. bo to dovolj za pogon v strmine ?
Tole je Sachs and Vettel motor narejen v osemdesetih, dvotakten. Za kosilnico cca 100kg bodo 250w motorji ok tudi za v strmine.

I dont have experiance with pixhawk, but what I have seen from manual, every motor controller with rc sgnal or pwm signal input should do the job. Look for sabertooth or cytron motor controller

Hello, It's basically very easy. One channel from the RC receiver you connect to the Cytron controller and then where the electric motor is usually connected, you connect the actuator. Do you have a more specific problem? What are you worried about? I don't speak Spanish so I use google translate as well :)
The problem I have is that I use the 2 channels of the MDDS30A for the 2 MY1016Z3 motors to drive forward, backward and both sides and the linear actuator only has 2 positive and negative cables, can I connect it to the relay that you told me to turn on the lights? It is a 12v 30w 3 Ah linear actuator. Can I use the relay to turn on the lights to make the linear actuator extend its entire distance, which is 10cm, or even stop before it extends its entire length and then retract inwards? Is one relay enough or should I buy 2, one to extend the length of the actuator and another to change the current so that the linear actuator retracts? Sorry if I didn't explain myself well, next time I'll try to be clearer! I really appreciate your help, I built it to help my father in the field. I am a professional driver. Uh, 2x60 don't have usb port. You need usb to TTL serial cable like this: www.dimensionengineering.com/appnotes/Roborealm/Roborealm.htm S1 is Tx and S2 is Rx I am sorry I don't have sabertooth 2x60, so I can not make video about it.

Thats funny, I built my lawnmower using BTS 7960 just before this video came out. Mine is completeley controlled by a Arduino. I will release a video soon together with the code.
Hi, that's great if it works in your case! According to the BTS7960 datasheet, the chip has an operating voltage between 5.5V and 27.5V. The chip limit is just above 28V, so if it works, it is just on the limit. Alternator is usually charging at 28V.

Hi, The tracked version is very cool but more expensive. Here's my version for 4x4 with chains and two chain tensioners on each side. Rather than use arduino why not attach relays direct to your RC receiver? Do you think you could have just used the wheelchair motors with better tyres instead of tracks? I notice the newer Chinese Rc mowers are using much better brushless motors and differentials to power their tracks now
Hi, you can not attach relays to RC receiver directly. You need some sort of controller to handle the rc signal and control relays. For higher slopes you must have 4WD or tracks. If you dont have high slopes you are fine with 2WD and better wheels. Brushless motors are better because they have constant torque and no brushess, however motor contollers for brushelss motor are more expensive

I am not shure if I am qualified to answer this question, but long time ago I checked this possibilitie, and I remember that hydraulic motor were very expensive. Not shure how are prices in China now.
