Steps to e-foil
It's easiest to practice on a calm lake with little boat traffic.
1. Start on your stomach, you should be able to touch the nose of the board with your hands. If the nose starts to point up when you engage the throttle you most likely need to scoot closer to the nose of the board. Ride around and lean on your form arms to turn.
2. When comfortable riding on your stomach try going to your knees.
3. Remember to hold down the trigger on the remote when going to the standing position. If you ease off the trigger you will be thrown off balance. Use your hands to assist you by pushing off the board. Keep the majority of your weight on your front leg. Ride for a bit without engaging the foil.
4. When you're ready, lean slightly towards your back leg to engage the foil. Lean forward to put the nose back down to the surface of the water. Practice this touch-and-go method till you find that sweet spot for balancing.
Remember if you feel like you're going to fall jump away from the efoil.
