Yeah it is supposed to go up. There is the ”espresso range” on the pressure meter but I feel like that’s not very helpful. I tend to go all the way towards end of the ”espresso range” or even slightly over the range. In general I tend to look for 25-35 seconds extraction time for the cup of espresso. I start the clock as soon as the first drop of espresso drops into my mug and end the clock when the ”dripping” stops. Then I adjust grind size and amount. Hopefully you understand what I mean. It’s quite difficult to explain with only words (that’s actually a decent video idea for the future)…

@@AJMyoutube every barrista sayes that you start measuring time as soon as water touch the caffe so with press of a button basically or in this situation after 1/2 sec maybe, not when water starts to drop because it touches caffe before you can see it droping. I'm also a beginner and trying to help. In gastronomical express thats how we measure time.

I'm not sure what you're asking but everything is removable and interchangeable. If you're asking about the insulation gasket (when you open the shaker) it should be removeable.

Yeah I actually noticed that afterwards.

I find that I have to change the grind size and grind amount if I change the coffee brand. With that being said I tend to stick 5-7 grind size and in the middle range of grind amount. You just have to kinda try different combinations… While making this video I ha coffee called ”Espresso House Signature Brew”.

You can get more foam by frothing the milf longer. You’ll need to keep tip of the steam wand just under the milk. The longer you go withouth completely submerging the tip the more foam you’ll get.

Yeah this has been a very good purchase. Especially around summer yeti roadie gets a lot of use. Highly reccomending!

Yeah I mainly use it with cans. I gotta say that not all bottles will fit with Yeti Ice at the bottom. Even with that same bottle the cooler won’t close if there’s even little ice underneath the bottle.
