Jafar gets comfy!
Onto a bit of sad news now - Jafar's quality of life has drastically reduced in the past few days so we've had to make the difficult decision to put him down in a few days :( we'd love to keep him around for as long as we can, but we don't want him to be in pain. I'll upload a few more videos of him in the next couple of days.

Jafar munches on some greens! He's 10 years and 6 months old as of the 5th of September 2022, so he's a very, very old man now. He's still pretty healthy apart from some age-related things (his back legs are getting weak and it's harder for him to move around in general). I suspect he'll pass soon or we'll need to put him down if he's in too much pain, but as of right now he's doing well :) he ...

Jafar spent some time outside today (Note: that hutch is only for him to sit in if we're outside doing yard work - he lives exclusively inside the house and has access to most of the rooms). Jafar turned 10 in March of 2022 and he's showing his age a lot - but still happy and in relatively good health. Gonzo, the lab, also makes a special guest appearance.

Jafar visits my grandma and gets some tasty treats. The mint and parsley are fresh from her garden and picked especially for him! (I apologise for the slight potato-quality of the video, my mum filmed it and she doesn't have a great phone. And in case anyone is wondering they are speaking Greek! most of it translates to what a little guts he is hehehe.)
