Bandai Full Mechanics 1:100 Forbidden Gundam | Full Custom Gunpla | 8 Year Old Paints Gunpla
A new challenger has entered the arena! This is my 8 year old daughter's entry for this year's Gundam Model Kits Competition in the Philippines! We did a previous video of her potential entry the last time, the Aile Strike, but she wasn't that happy or sold on it, neither was I.
So with a month to go, we decided to do another one, also from Gundam Seed, and we settled on the Forbidden Gundam, because it has big wings and the huge turtle back pack would be an interesting canvass for some color shifting paint. Plus we did research on the Manga only Forbidden Blue Gundam and when we saw that, we knew we had our color scheme.

This will be my daughter's first time to join a national Gundam modelling competition, and her very first completed watching Gundam series was Gundam Build Fighters, she wanted to do the Strike Gundam, and that's what we got. She will be joining the Gundam Model Kits Competition in the Under 14 category this coming June.

Great video and I also learned new things. Was it difficult to disassemble due to the kit having numerous gimmicks, features and details? Because I have the Sazabi Ver Ka on the way here. And I might build it right away but I'm also planning to paint it on the future once I have saved up for an airbrush and compressor.
assembly is as is. Some loose armor parts we just glued
interesting using the clear red on the white/grey base coats...to get that color separation, very clever.
