Dr. BBQ???? Let me see your credentials good sir xD
Love the video. What I don’t understand is how you have a beer in your fridge you never got around to drinking?
LOL at this noob spilling beer!
Looks great, I will try the doctors food
How about taking a bite
FINALLY! Someone who knows how to inject a turkey. I've just been to a half dozen videos, and every one of them was injecting an entire syringe of marinade into each spot. I Can Only Imagine how horrible those birds tasted. I don't think these people understand you want to compliment the flavor of the turkey, not overpower it
Thanks for the recipe , I had a couple of neighbors smell it cooking . One barely has teeth and the other was working , as soon as he found out I was making beer brats , he came straight home . 😄 I knew I would need to make extra , so I grilled 14 and still have 12 left for the next time . Thanks again , they were delicious and both neighbors loved them . I used a gas grill and put a smoker box on the grill and it gave the aroma as a wood fire . Tender , juicy and delicious . 😋 Best darn brats I ever had .
This is the same way I make my beer brats. I think the sauce tastes better leftover the following day.
Simple and it probably works. Will try this
Looks great
I made these tonight. Nice hint about the dark beer. Even a cubs fan likes them! Lol . Thanks buddy!
the bigger the man, the better the recipe
Spilling the beer over the grill was dramatic enough
To make this good. Do not use Wisconsin beer brats or butter. Use the real stuff, avoid Wisconsin products
🔥🔥🔥 ima try this tonight!
Thank's brother
Chino,,Winnsboro sc lov it
I've yet to find that beer in the back of the fridge I never got around to drink it that's an elusive little sucker apparently
Beautiful, but they deserve fries.
Ok everyone let’s try a little nut in it🤭
Looks great but you some Sheboygan Hard Rolls
This is from 12 damn years ago. Hot damn. I gotta try this

Another 15 or 20. So what is it? 15 or 20?
I'm doing something similar but I used a blend of Evan Williams and old smokey original and I added some spicy seasoning and Coca-Cola

For A SOX fan you cook a GOOD brat, KyCubs 98
Yummy for my tummy
Just tried this method today. It will be “The Way” from now on. I cut my onions thick and didn’t precook them too much before I finished the brats in them. Delicious! Thanks Homie!
Great idea, no sauce until cooked
Going to do this on this Saturday! THANK YOU, Dr BBQ!
this dude needs a tv show lol
I do a beer and onion/ garlic bath first, simmer for a while over charcoal inderect, then finish the brats and onions over hot coals at the end to get good grill marks, turns out amazing👌
this is an expensive grill roast which I cannot afford. Does this method work with the cast iron version of the Genesis too? I mean putting the wings directly on cast iron? maybe then one should apply the indirect grilling technique?
