I like this game twice better then the old one. I dont get the hate

I Honestly liked retribution a lot and I kind of think that the story was better than chapter 1, and yes I know that chapter 1 had better quality and realistics and was a bit better on just overall playing, I heavily think retribution is underrated.

He said in his retribution review the “he’s gonna stick to the side lines”

Im back on this game after months for another playthrough. Had to restart my missions multiple times just so they’d work 🤦‍♂️ the speakeasy being the worst. Had to go through the entire mission, clear the speakeasy, then as I was turning on the power to open the door for the crucifix, it all dissapeared. I have no idea what happened. Although, the notification on the screen that a new mission is created/progressed/completed appeared for like a split second and then all the loot dissapeared. Nothing was able to be grabbed, even the items in the safe. I did this at night so I dont know if this was a factor or what- My guess is that a new quest triggered somehow and then it reset the speakeasy to where it’s not a current mission. No idea if others had this issue or yourself?

Do you know what speaks volumes about this game? I played and loved the original, and I still enjoyed large parts of the second one, not only was it buggy af on quest 2 at release, I never even knew/did the final missions with sable and her crew or knew mama was gonna do anything, after the pawn king died and I killed Gerik I genuinely forgot about their plot

You missed the national guard knife, even if it’s like the exact same as the night shift. Also you should do an updated ranking for retribution, that game has a lot of fun weapons.

I love keeping my expectations exponentially low so I’m never disappointed.

I get they messed up the Release everyone has messed up befor but they can use the backlash and fix the buga and make the game better

What about what you said in your TWD 2 review. You hated so much on skydance, and said you wouldnt play their next game, behemoth. And now you pretty much says you love this game.

All the flaws aside, I actually really enjoyed Retribution, especially the Tower level.

I just hate how twisty and turny it is

The guns and weapons have weight, thats why when you aim with the guns, they move a bit

My experience was wildly different. I had NO BUGS for like half the game, it was superior. Then the second time you go to the Tower (after the hospital) they ALL CLASHED and I just couldn't play. I literally couldn't progress passed that point in the tower it was bad

The lighter can light cigarettes in the game

For the part where you “glide” on the climbing section of the tower your actual supposed to grab the ledge with your fingers and climb across

Ngl as much as i have loved playing behemoth seeing mechanics and hearing sounds from s&s keeps taking me out of the game at some points but i've gotten used to it.

Suprised that a lot of people dont like echo. He was the only character i found interesting or liked. Also i think why everyones confused on their gender is probably because they might be trans. Echos voice actor is trans so the character is likely also trans.
