That Malibu Francie uses the "Casey" face mold and is actually the only Francie that doesn't use the traditional Francie mold used on all the other dolls.

Thank you for making this video! I went thrifting today and found a large bag of Barbie dolls. The store mixed all the modern and vintage barbies together, and I had no idea what I was getting since I bought the bag for the clothing. A Malibu PJ was inside along with what I think is a bubble hair barbie and an American Girl Barbie. Those three are getting a good cleaning and detangling. They're my first officially vintage dolls and I'm really excited to restore or customize them.

Just found you as I am about to set up an actual bookcase in the doll room. Poor RH girls have been on the floor with rotating Barbie on a dresser. It's also the room my mom is in when visiting, so it's got to all be easy to pack away when she's here. Subscribed.

Does anyone know if this works on an Our Generation doll? Is there any dye transfer once it's rinsed and dried and when it's washed again at a later date?

dang - used the same dye and method on a monster high clawdeen mystery doll because her hair was already a very light pink and unfortunately the dye isn't taking to it 🙃 just my luck lol - good vid tho :D

I just got this doll New in the box Planned to restyle anyways... But that HAIR what the hell? It's so nasty! Is it glue or is it some sort of styling product. Ugh gross

Lovely display. I like how you redressed some of your dolls. They look great. I have around 40 to 50 RH dolls. I don't even know how it happened. I have thrifted 10 for now and my collection grew massively because of Shadow High. Ideally there are many I would love but I decided to stop here for now. It is just too many for my space. I have the ones I wanted the most and even more (lol) so what more do I want. I will of course adopt them if I find them thrifting. I don't even want to count them, it just freaks me out to have ended up with so many (considering I did not even like them that much at first and did not intent to collect them! Look at me now! Oooops... 😶🤭).
