This isn’t in regards to that cubic mini video because the comments are turned off. You have to be the biggest beta I’ve ever seen in my entire life like your vagina has to bleed way more than your girlfriend does absolute poor excuse for a man. Big sissy, mentality.
It's easy to reset the BMS, after a short circuit cut off or over discharge no need to purchase expensive equipment to get it going again "Google it"😂
What about 125v outlets? Same way?
You will only get what your inverter and receptacle outlets are capable/rated for providing and want to ensure they’re rated appropriately for safety reasons. 120v outlets are typically 15 amps, some 20 amps. A 125v outlets would be for larger kitchen appliances and rated for 20+ amps typically.
Hey sexy. You didn’t cure your stove. 4 hours just raging outside which cures the paint into the metal. Otherwise it just throws stank forever. 4 years later, you’ve moved on. I’m doing a airstream and a thunderbird. Hope to drive out of here in the next two years.
Thankfully I did but I may have not put it in the video! Good luck with your build and safe travels
just bought the cub, but i have a different cap than you (don't know why?) I get straight line winds here so worried I'll get rain in the pipe. doesn't look very leakproof to me. does yours keep all the rain out, or just normal storms?
I never had an issue with Rain although I did have a solid boot cap I would throw on it when driving and only put this cap on when burning or parked for a while.
Great video,Ty ❤❤❤ the details, so exact, which I need. Ty✌️💯🙏❤️🕯️🎈🌻😊
You’re welcome!
I will do my research of course to compare, hard to find these videos. I recently had a LifePO4 fry after only six months of casual use, not sure why but it was under warranty and being replaced. I set up my 6x100 solar panels and three pairs of series then paralleled them to my Renogy Rover 60 amp charge controller.
Yes, you can put in toilet paper (and wipes), you just have to empty it more often. It's one of the few models that actually buries the toilet paper rather than a cyclical float of paper with the other models (and it doesn't get caught on the mechanism like it does on other popular models).
Hey Chad awesome video, a perfect tutorial to install a cubic mini. One question: the company is now recommending a 7" inch hole for the 5" pipe so there is a 1" clearance around the pipe. In your video you only cut a 5" hole for the 5" pipe. This is what I would like to do as well. It is what I have planned for and it would take a lot to reconfigure. Have you had any problems with your install in the last 3 years? Is having a 5 inch hole a problem as far as you can see? Thanks man!
Hey thanks! That’s interesting I didn’t know they changed the specs. I’ve had no issues with the 5” hole at all. Seems to work great!
Since you turned comments off on your Cubic Mini video I will comment here knowing you'll read it. So here goes, You are Whiny !! You don't deserve a wood stove , All those negatives are NOT negatives, it's called LIFE USING A WOOD STOVE IN A NOMAD VEHICLE. You don't strike me as the sharpest tool in the shed either .... Problem solving isn't your forte' i'm guessing. You should DELETE that video after how good Josh and the guys at Cubic Mini were to you. That's a pretty 'Karen' move to even make that video. I'm glad your channel is useless and please also Peel that fake moustache off you look pretty silly. So there ya go Dude. Rent an Apt and stay home on the couch cause the Nomadic lifestyle isn't for Whiners. 73
Did you have any issue with the chimney being so close to your maxx fan or solar panels?
No issues at all, I did go up and check when we were burning and neither were getting hot
I’ve seen other installations using air intake coming in below the stove. Is that not necessary?
No, this has a pre installed damper under the door you can open or close to increase air intake
Thank you!
You’re welcome! Happy installing!
Why can't you put these batteries in series?
Absolute ripper man!
Poured your heart out man! I admire your journey.
Super helpful vid! love the humor. Keep it up!
I and a friend installed a stove in my rv. Boy did we screw this up. We will be using this video as a guide for the re-install, install. Thank you and hello from Alaska.
Glad it helped Lisa! I hope the reinstall goes smooth for you. Hello from New Hampshire!
@@boristheboxvan8485 Hello New Hampshire, I'm in a 1994 Fleetwood Bounder. The LPG system heater works but this is a back up.
Thanks this helped me set up my ROVER LOL! It's such BS that they would tell you that you need a rover, the app is awful and the settings are for LI ION! What a joke!
Is C-Head still in business? I ordered a toilet in early February and was informed it would take 5 weeks for delivery. It's been more than 11 weeks now and they have gone dark, not responding to emails or phone calls. They charged my credit card immediately, rather than when it was shipped. This is not acceptable.
U have to have a fibreglass roof? Can I do this on my vans metal roof?
I’d watch an install on a sprinter or similar. I’m sure it’s a very similar procedure.
@@boristheboxvan8485 thanks and thanks for the vid 👍
Whaaaaaaaaaaaaat! Hey Chad! I’m doing a build and looked up how to install my cubic mini. I clicked on your video and I was like wait, I KNOW THAT KID! Awesome job thanks for the help! Hope to see you on the road !!
Hahaha that’s awesome!!! Good luck with your build! Hope you’re doing well!
waoo tu si que te mereces mill likes!!!!
Thank you!
Great video. We just purchased the Grizzly for our tiny home and your video has given me some great instructions.
thanks for detailed install, many others missed many steps, so much appreciated!
Hey, you should prime the fiberglass or it will be eaten up by the sun. Epoxy primer is an good option.
The Visable site says hotspot data at 5mbps?
It would be helpful if you added a performance aspect to your install. Did it keep you warm for example?
Your outside chimney pipe is too close to the roof of your RV. Hate to tell you that but it is a fire safety hazard. Easily fixed however by adding an extension.
Appreciate the video, Chad!!
Great Presentation. What kind of wind (noise) or other problems have you encountered while driving
Does anyone know which insurance company will insure your motorhome after a wood stove is installed?
I want to see the entire conversation van. 🌟🤝🌟
nice install, What was your total cost?
Thank you Sir! It indeed help me a lot.
Just horrid. Renogy doesn't understand Lithium...
Best installation instructional for the Cubic I have seen! Thank you thank you!!!!! I love that building behind too!
My Google Pixel phone just will not recognize the visible hotspot.
I have been using Visible for 3 months now and I am happy with the service. With the exception of the hotspot not being recognized by any travel router. I can only get it to connect to my laptop. Any suggestions are appreciated. Please help me out.
BIOENNO BATTERIES Float Voltage: 13.8VDC Charging Voltage: 14.4VDC to 14.6VDC Max Charge Current: 7 Amps (if applicable -- this may not be in the controller, so it may not apply) This is directly from Kevin at Bioenno. And his actual email back to me.
Where is the review?
What brand of windows are those?
I would not trust Renogy's advice on controller set up. I have 2 Renogy 170Ah Lithium batteries with Epever controllers and I would never use the settings you just quoted. Sorry but in time your batteries will suffer damage.
New at this. I value the info. where can I find the alternative sources for the flue?
I just purchased a 6x10 cargo trailer that I am converting, and will be buying a Grizzly this fall. I have been trying to find a good how-to video on installing it, and this one was it! Awesome job. You explained every step, and I will be following your instructions on my install! All the best from BC , Canada!
I see walk are R7.5 What are the ceiling & floor ?
Good instructional video. Now I feel confident installing mine. Thank you for sharing.
Unless you have somewhere to switch off temperature adjustment. Surely you need to set the temperature adjustment to 0mV /°C per 2v. Ok yours will probably be Fahrenheit but it will still be zero. This is difference in temperature from 25°C. Remember this figure is multiplied by 6 for a 12v battery. This function also reduces the charging voltage settings above 25°C. Also you left the charge limit voltage set to 15. The above formula takes the voltage above this and it is provided to prevent damage to connected equipment. 15 v divided by 4 is 3.75v. This is above the maximum charging voltage of LPO4 cells so you are likely to damage your battery in cold conditions. Probably somewhere between 14.4 (3.6v/cell) and 14.3(3.5v/cell) would be more appropriate. Note it may be that not fitting a temp sensor will inactivate the temp correction but some switch to temp at controller. However I would prefer to see it set to zero. You might want to Email the manufacturer again just to make sure. I say email as that gives you evidence of what was said. Best wishes
Thanks bro for the detailed lesson, I may soon do a cargo trailer conversion and this stove may be the trick to heating it in the winters. Thanks for the info on the propane heat I didn’t even think about the condensation factor so yeah dry heat will be my way to go as well.
I'm watching this one too. Hope you haven't given up camping. Do you still find this toilet worthwhile? I've been using a granny bedside toilet with pine shavings. Its lightweight and I can move it easily. And it has a conventional seat. But my guests are freaked out by it. So I'm torn between a composting toilet and an incinerating toilet. Thanks for this video. You are the only one thus far that has opened it up to see the innards.
