Glad someone had it right/actually demonstrated how to do it. Apparently it was just almost the same vs. how old weighing scales were balanced. 😂

All these battery packs need bigger MPPT charge controllers.. the battery can take it.. upto 100v peak (so it's 60v might be 100v peak, safety stops me from saying higher) but 2000w+ as charging on solar in 5 hours on a dull day is not going to happen.. multiple isolated panel input's. 🐾🐾🐾 🐈

When Panning the footage looks jerky on youtube. I think either I had the wrong frame rate in my editor or youtube compression did something funky. It did not look jerky off the card.

Great test and video, Steve. Blessing to the family too, have cute kids. You video is very useful, I am using this same mic, but the brand is Mailada, exactly same but just different branding. I use them to record my gaming session with my kid at our channel.

Is there a way to mount dji action cam 2 onto this gimbal?

With that adapter it is impossible to balance the camera on the gimbal. More weight would be needed on the other side, since it can't slide to the right either, because it collides with the camera. If it's not balanced, no gimbal will do a good job

ive been in the market for the osmo action 3 and its accessories and what i know till now that footage is best shot at 4k, 60, 1/120, with an nd-32 filter and rocksteady on with white balance of 100~1600. i am yet to purchase it but could you publish a comparison between auto settings with no filter and the settings i mentioned above? it will be highly appreciated. also please record some night footage with the same comparison

Wireless mics are not cheap at over $100. Surely it makes more sense to just put a Lav mic on your T-shirt where your wireless mic would go anyway, that you can plug directly into the pocket 3? The fact that the pocket 3 itself doesn't rotate, as the gimbal does that, makes a Lav mic ideally suited for the Pocket 3, moreso than any other kind of Camera. Of course, it doesn't make sense using an external microphone that's physically attached to the pocket 3, If the actual microphone ends up being an arms length away from your mouth: In such a case, you might as well have just used the internal mics. Maybe you could do an updated video trying out a lav mic as the best budget option for a vlogger? Cheers, much appreciated. Keep on with these excellent videos. Thank you.

I am trying to record from a mixer (pioneer v10) into the Osmo pocket 3. Already got the trs-trrs cable and the trs-usb cable (apple) (v10 master2 out rca - trs - trrs - usb c - osmo ) but still not getting any signal into my device. Any help with this? Thanks!

Just picked one up with the wrong charger. Going to splice my own but what is the max charge voltage for the stock battery? Such as 61.2v or so on

It says that the single screen one has flash memory or sdxc and the double screen one has micro sd so will this make any difference in recording or the time usage or anything? 2.The Expandable memory card slot in both says micro sd so should I use a micro sdhc or sdxc card with these cameras and what difference will it make? 3. Does having an extra mic on the bottom unit actually make recording the sound better? 4. Are there any other differences between them? I am so confused and I have to buy it as soon as possible, please reply.
