    Hello. I’m looking into relocating to Spain from North America. I am also a EU passport holder. My biggest challenge is what I can do for work? As I am a fluent English speaker and non-Spanish speaker. What options do I have? Is it worth is to move ? Any advice ? Thank you

      Hi there! I don't really know your skills or background, so it's difficult to give advise, but if you're not fluent in Spanish, your best options are to find a remote job that you can do anywhere... and then move. If you need any help with your relocation, don't hesitate to get in touch!

    Been in Madrid throughout the Christmas period and I’ve found Madrid traffic to be very good. Having been to New York, London, Delhi, Bangkok, Sydney and others - Madrid is pretty mild. In fact, have found that the tunnels are superb for taking cars underground and spitting them out where they need to be. Great city with seemingly very well organized city planning.

    Well, "the stupid belief that the more hours you spend in the office, the better"... is not so stupid. Some bosses really like having people at office as much as possible. About the 2 hours for lunch, in my experience, most people prefer a shorter lunch break and end working sooner (problem is, in some places that's not allowed, it's 2 hours and nothing todo about it; quite annoying when it means 1 hour or more of free time you can't use for anything useful or interesting)

    • @ian7379
      @ian7379 24 วันที่ผ่านมา

      There are many underground public parking lots in the center of Madrid where you can get a long term lease on a space if you are a resident. Also there are numerous private buildings with parking spaces that you can rent and sometimes buy which can be nearby your apartment, if not inside it. Finally, I would say there are many barrios where you simply do not need a car because public transport is so good and amenities are nearby. For the times you do need a car, there are at least five companies that rent them by the minute, hour or day and their cars are usually parked on the street about 2-5 blocks away.

    Well, the cost of living is rising up, so true but also true that minimum wage had risen 26% from 2019 to 2024, with a real increase of 6'5% over former one of 2019. The rest of salaries have risen just 2'5% behind inflation from 2019 to 2024 so it is not true that salaries got stagnated. In fact, from last two years the increases of salaries are gaining inflation, recovering former marks in near future with this trend. Data from INE and Eurostat. Sometimes the media creates a fake perception of reality, let's be accurate to give neutral information

    Suberb! I am so glad I have found this channel. I fell in love with Madrid when visited this magnificent city in 2022. I am decided to move to Europe and Madrid is my first choice! Your videos are helping me narrow the neighborhoods. Thank you!
