We had our one close, to make way for a housing estate! We have an exponential growing population, with nothing for these people to do in what little spare time they have.

Not ridden Hooton Lodge as a bit of a trek from North London! I have signed the petition and hope the council see's sense! We need more of these places not less! Im sure if places like this were more available especially to youngsters there would be less problems with kids taking to the road (and private property) and causing problems! Good luck to all involved and I really hope the site is saved!

This is terrible news. This place is amazing. Realy good bunch of people who run this place. My daughter learned to ride here, a world away from the stresers of school, and for a child who has autism. It's a major process in her life. LETS SAVE HOOTEN LODGE TRIALS PARK

Although I don't currently ride trials (come from a motocross background) trials has always interested me and looking to pick up a bike this year. Hooton was on my list of places id like to travel to. I will be signing the petition we need places like this especially as they would soon be upset if people just started riding anywhere they liked.

I travel down from Durham when the 2 day events are on and take the caravan, what an event I love it it's just a realy enjoyable weekend away on the bike and a few tins on the night with bbq gannen, it's a realy nice community a one that I new knowone there and by the second event I know quite a few people and people who invites me to ride round with them and have a beer on a night with, already signed and donated a hope it goes well and if so il be back down for the 2 day events, personally I think it could be the council just taking the easy route of shutting down rather than looking at reasons why or trying to look good infort of the green peace types, daft thing is we do more for keeping wild places wild and not getting turned into housing than anyone else

Loving your vids Nath, interesting comments regarding bikes. I'm 63 and only started riding last year. I'm only 56kg and 5ft 2. on a sherco 125 2012. interested to know your thoughts for beginner to clubman, on weight of the bike. I've had a quick ride on an older sherco 250 4 banger, and a beta 200 and they both seem more tractable although heavier. I'm thinking possibly going to a 250 or even an EM where You get different maps.( i do love a petrol bike though) but my 125 is only 70kg so pretty light and easy to kick over, which is something I need to consider. Your vlogs are so relatable to the average rider just out having fun mate. although in Sth east Queensland in Aus. it's a lot dryer. keep um coming please. Even visiting York this year 2024 coming over to see my brother on the Isle of Wight and sight seeing. I definitely want to watch a UK trial event while over. cheers steve

Only found your channel recently and love it. Nice mix of on bike and filming from a spectator view. Just finished my first half year riding a 125 sherco in sth qld Australia. I'm 63 and haven't riden Any bike for about 38yrs and never trials. I've thoroughly enjoyed it. Same here with the comradery amount riders. Keep up the good work.
