Thank you for the feedback! Good question. It’s always easiest to clean them with a rag as you get them back and making sure your hands aren’t dirty. Transport is where they will get the dirtiest. If they are already dirty some watered down degreaser would clean them up. The rust will happen just try to minimize the amount of damage they get during transport. Great question. If you don’t have a big budget at first I would only start with chairs and add more equipment after that. I rent everything from chairs, tables and commercial grade tents.

@@jamaican4justice594 Realistically any truck could work it’s all on how you set it up. Regardless of the size of the bed you can always pull a trailer so it all depends how you want to do it. @@betterdreadful Depends on the market to be honest. In my market I rent them for $2 now but these customers I have them at $1.75 because they use us so much. $1.75 was what we started the basic chair rentals at. Our padded chairs are $3.25 each. All depends really. Thanks for the comment 🙏🏽

Hey brother I appreciate that 🙏🏽 Yes I set them up along with the tent package. The package itself included installation and setup. There are times though where we don’t set the linens on the table due to the fact that their event is the next day. So they opt to just hold the linens in their home or hanging from the tent cables to prevent them from getting dirty. You take them to the event location and leave it for the day. If you don’t have a truck you can rent one of the numbers make sense for you. Hope this helps 🥂

The chairs you can market by word of mouth. For example this account where I was delivering knew we had an event business. Months after my daughter left that school they reached out and have used us for chairs ever since. Word of mouth for chairs is key because you don’t use any of your own money and everyone needs chairs and aren’t going to buy new ones for an event, since they can rent them for a fraction of the cost.

Good question, to move in car you can easily fit 100 at a time. Depending on the size of your trunk and having it cleared out. Since they are thing stacked you can put 50 in the trunk and 50 in the back seat easily. To move them without a dolly you can use a rolling dolly that you can pick up at Home Depot. They typically have 4 wheels and carpet padding on them. This will only be useful on flat surfaces. If you have uneven floors or grass you will unfortunately have to carry them. You can technically start with no money but could take longer. If you were to have 1k to 5k to invest I would just get the essentials like the basic chairs and 60” round tables. Hey great job on getting started! Yes I would make space in the apartment you can fit plenty of table in a room. I would not put any equipment in the balcony unless you live on the third floor so it does not get stolen. I would say 10 tables will cover most of your events.
