@lauramenzies3389 I think it is the Willow full zip fleece 😍 I've looked everywhere online and that appears to be it - however, as you noticed, it doesn't show the inside of them so I can't be sure for certain, though the description does stayed fleece lined - but I can only go off what looks similar online as I bought mine in store, so I can't be 100% certain (sorry) ❤

I completely understand that, but you are an amazing nurse! Never forget that! You worked incredibly hard to fight for where you are now, so so proud of you! Don't beat yourself up about workouts when you're working, you will do plenty of exercise on shift! I won't go unless I have a day off or more than one day off in a row (not very often 🤣) but I never stress about going when I'm working because we are already doing so much ❤🥲

Hi Jess, the calmer mini and calmer kids are both designed for smaller ear canals which is why they are the same size - the calmer kids however, is designed from an even softer silicone because of their gentle skin - hope this helps 🥰

Hi Jess, personally Calmer Pro are my favourite, they channel out Boise like no other - but, they are aluminium in the centre, so if you're looking at the most comfort too, I'd say any of the original Calmers. I recently have been using Calmer nude (soft and come in a range of skin tones to blend in and be less noticeable 🥰) these are better for at work for me so they don't draw attention - but if you're not fussed about that, then it's entirely up to you which Calmer as they're all very similar but as I say, the pro are aluminium centred so these are solid in the centre - hope this helps 🥰

I always felt it was down to the strength of petroleum, but assumed that most if not all lip balms had some level of petroleum in it so I thought it may be another ingredient but I do agree with the petroleum issue for sure! Mad how it affects isn't it?! ❤

@ absolutely!! And those who use things like lip balms/vaseline will find that the more they use them, the more their lips get drier. It’s basically suffocating the skin of the lips 😩. I’m working my way through my make up to get rid of the high street stuff and moving over to organic products certified by the Soil Association. My skin care products are already Organic Natural plant oils. Now to do the same with make up 🫠. It’s amazing how much out every day products are slowly killing us 🫣
